My family and I recently stayed at this house the first week of June. The day we showed up to check in the house cleaner/concierge and a friend of hers were still there. They then left to go buy a shower curtain rod and returned and were there approximately half an hour or more. They informed us there was a leak in one of the showers and it couldn’t be used until the plumber showed up later that evening to fix it. The house itself smelled extremely strong of fish and stayed that way the entire stay. We noticed one of the pool lights was loose and swinging around off the wire in the pool and pointed that out to the house manager. She stated they knew about it and it was safe. One of our daughters was going out to the pool later that first day and stepped on glass and cut her foot. I found chunks of glass all over the patio area by the pool. We also noticed open water bottles in the fridge along with expired condiments. You’re led to believe based on the postings photos that you’ll have ample storage in the master bedroom however we found that every drawer and cabinet pictured in the post was chained and locked up. The master bath had a pocket door that you couldn’t close because it would jam. Two adults and two kids got stuck before we gave up closing it. Day 2. We woke up that morning to one of the bedrooms having a pool of water by the door. Notified concierge and was told it would be handled. We come back that evening and are in the pool when the neighbor comes knocking. He had one of our daughters brushes in his hand. Apparently the homeowner had called and had him enter the home to inspect the shower leak and he somehow left with our brush. One issue there is the brush was in a different bathroom. The second is that nobody ever informed us that someone other than a professional would be entering the house when we weren’t there. When we had come back the double sink in the main bathroom was taped up with writing saying “do not use.
