I liked the location it was very quite and did not have super close cabins next to it like most do in the area. The cabin was clean and comfortable! Kids loved the arcade games.

I didn't like you could only have 3 tvs connected to the satellite at the same time. The wifi was not the best.

location was perfect, house had plenty of room for everybody plus 10 more, kitchen was nicely stocked with anything you would need to cook/bake or even make juice.

okay the love bugs were a major nuisance after the first night they came outa no where and we didn’t have or leave any doors or windows open either, the shower on the main level was a bit tricky to operate, kitchen sink was leaking but they did come right away to fix. The Wi-Fi is definitely terrible if you have kids with tablets

The cabin is located in a good area.

The management company did not follow through when we called about a centipede infestation and other problems throughout the cabin. The cabin was dirty. The Sheets fell off the bed every time you laid in it. The bottom floor bedroom and bathroom was unavailable due to the centipede infestation. No welcome basket and lots of things not working appropriately in kitchen. Jacuzzi cold on first day and dirty inside jacuzzi bathtub on third level had black mold coming out of it along with centipedes. There were holes in the screened in porch. A bird flew in and my husband had to catch it. Everytime we tried to talk to a manager they were all busy. We notified the management company the first morning we were there and we never received a follow up call. We called Friday the day before we were supposed to leave and the manager was still to busy to talk to us. This cabin is not worth the money for one week! Especially with a poor management company.

The room setups were good for us. Lots of space to roam.

The cabin was nice. Every room had small millipedes all over the floors an some walls. We sprayed home defense and it was better.

Half the stuff was broken, they’re was roaches & bunch of wasp. When we took a jacuzzi bath upstairs dirt came coming out of it & it flooded the downstairs toilet, they have so many fines but the cabin itself it’s already messed up completely definitely not worth the pay when we brought it to their attention they told us no refunds!! The hot tub outside didn’t turn on for 2 whole days! The sheets weren’t clean, nor was the dishes when we arrived. You can only use 3 TVs at a time, sometimes 2. The WiFi only works if 2 people are connected no more than 2.
