bugs everywhere, heat didn’t work. staff barely communicated , half the outlets didn’t work, mice droppings in silverware drawer & bathrooms. no welcome book to help with the wifi, no garbage bags, laundry room didn’t have a light & nobody wants to wash clothes in the dark. it was just a bad experience for my first time in Tennessee !

Beautiful log cabin with beautiful views. Close to Gatlinburg and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains.

They were spiders in the bathroom mice in the kitchen the whole cabin was full of cobwebs you couldn't enjoy the porches because of the cobwebs and spiders and the hot tub look like it hadn't worked in a long time the dishwasher leaked on the kitchen floor and the lights on the lamps did not work and they were no replacement bulbs felt like I was mislead because some of the perks were not usable even the hot tub upstairs was putting out rust when you turned it on had to leave a day early because of the dust in the house was making us sick feel like they should give us a partial refund

I liked the way the cabin looks.
I had to pay a cleaning fee and the cabin was not clean. Ceiling fan has dust an inch thick, dust on everything. Hottub needs to be taken off of listing as well as jacuzzi. Hottub has nothing but leaves and dirt in it. There's a rectangle cut out in the floor in front of the fridge that's covered up with a rug. I found out when I stepped in it and almost fell into a dining room chair. The jacuzzi needs to be re-glazed. There's a broken lamp in the upstairs bedroom. The sensor on the washer is broken, so it doesn't work. The silverware drawer had mice feces in it and on the counter. The wifi wasn't working because the internet wasn't paid for by the owner. I have sent an email with photos to the owner, and I have heard nothing back. I tried calling, and the phone disconnected as if my number is blocked.

Cob Webs Everywhere, Flooring Was Hazardous, Hot Tub Didn't Work, And Most Of All We Had To Cut Our Vacation Short Because We Didn't Have Heat In The Cabin With 20 Degree Weather Outside.

there were a lot of dead ladybugs on the floor and under furniture . also the bed upstairs is broke and mattress sinks down in middle. other than that it is nice

Appliances are very dated, Refrigerate had black mold where the water and ice was dispensed., Vinyl floors are pulling apart, walls are paper thin no privacy Mattress need to be replaced cannot rest well on these worn out mattresses. Sheets are old and would not fit the beds properly ,Windows need to be cleaned they are so nasty you cannot see out them. Cable service did not work properly. Hot Tub needed servicing...The cabin had not been clean properly very dirty and dusty

it was disgusting…hadn’t been cleaned at all. there was a dirty tampon under the table when we got there, bugs/roaches everywhere and in the bathtub, it smelled awful, the sheets were wadded up on the end of the beds and dirty.

i liked that it was up secluded in the mountains and we did see a bear. it’s nice a quiet could be really nice if they would fix it up and care for it!
when I arrived it was at 8pm check in was 4pm I opened the door first thing I see is poop yes poop on the living room floor then I get to looking around NO HOUSEKEEPER had even been to the property! so it was still dirty from the people who were here before us! i called the 1st contact and the phone number didn’t work called the second no answer had to call again finally got an answer it was a lady who then put a man on the phone who was no so nice. told me the housekeeper just vanished and said hed take 100 off my stay! like seriously there was poop on the floor trash slung all over outside no clean linens I had to WASH towels and stuff for us to have linens! they hadn’t done a good cleaning since at least last year there was old EXPIRED food from sept 2021! so I cleaned it all up for it clean enough for our stay I did call the company and complain and they are making it right can’t seem to get ahold of the home owners so they will be handling everything for us!

The location and the view of the mountain from the porch was beautiful. The kitchen and dining/living was spacious and nice. cookware and utensils were stocked.
There were few things that were not good for us. Bath room door lock doesn't work. one of the main bed rooms had cigarette smell all over the bedding and room. There was laundry left in both washer and dryer so we had to take them out to use it which is not OK. The bedrooms didn't have good lighting at all .Only lights were the table lamps. you can't get dressed in the rooms at all as it was dark . we had to use the bathroom for better lighting, that is something owners should consider updating. The drawers in the rooms had stuff filled and some didn't have handles so couldn't actually use any of those. The property management contact Melissa listed on the email was not at all responsive. Luckily i was able to get hold of the owner and they were helpful and seemed sweet ppl.

Location was ok, decoration was great we loved it,
There was no internet. We had 3 bedrooms none of the tv's worked except in living room and we had a ten year old without internet or tv. The hot tub was nasty and so was lauundry room.

Beautiful view and location. The cabin is in a quiet secluded area with easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Park. it is also close to the Crafts loop — a group of superb shops featuring the work of local artists. These shops are superior to most of the shops on the Gatlinburg strip. All in all it’s an ideal place for a mountain vacation.
it is impossible to contact the staff once you’re on site. The number provided guests was never answered and the voicemail was full. Responses to messages through booking.com are so delayed they are effectively useless.

Very pleasant man.I loved the cabin. It was decorated beautifully with Indian decorations. We loved the location up on a mountain and no other cabins around it. It was peaceful. The beds were the best I have slept on in all the cabins I have rented. The owner of the cabin was a very nice man. Told us stories of things we didn't know about.
I didn't like that I called the main number that I was given if we had problems her name was Melissa (I think was her name) I called her 3 different times and she NEVER returned my calls so I had to call the owner who was great. Also the entire time we were there none of the TVs in the bedrooms DID NOT work and the password they gave us for the internet did not work so we didn't have tv or internet the whole time we were there. That has nothing to do with the cabin the cabin was awesome.

The location was excellent. Wasn’t expecting to see 3 bears near the cabin so that was an adventure. The only thing I didn’t like was that the contact person Melissa left her number and was never available. Would call and mailbox would be full.

I loved the location and the cabin it's self. It was very spacious. The staff member who I found to be exceptional was Grant.
I was extremely disappointed that I was unable to reach any of the on site contacts or the owners for 3 days. I was not impressed with the cleanliness I spent alot of time cleaning first two days.

The cabin and the view.
Cabin was cold the whole weekend and couldn't get in touch with anyone to fix the problem. There were mice in the cabin as well.

The location of the property gives you amazing views of the mountains. Getting there can be scary for first-timers. This location gives you nice privacy as it's situated at the end of the road. You are also just a couple of miles to the center of the action in Gatlinburg. I would do it again.
There was not much we didn't like. But as a recommendation, I would suggest the cleaning service do a better job. They don't seem to touch under beds and furniture.

Was not clean. Power didn’t work in one room at all. No tv or lights. Tub was dirty. Dust was everywhere . Owner kept saying some one was coming to fix the issues and they never did. Had to clean house ourselves in order for us to enjoy .

The view was the best part of the lodge. Truly incredible. The Indian artifacts were interesting, but clearly needed cleaning.
Very dirty. All mattresses need replacing as does couch set. Upstairs mattress visibly sags. Lighting isn’t sufficient in bedrooms. So much stuff stored in closets. Don’t look under the beds. Kitchenware needs updating and drawers cleaning out. Code to door was not what we were told. Cleaning contact said very matter of factly the code was wrong so seems everyone gets wrong code. Glad electrician showed up to fix bedroom electrical problem, but not ideal that he was there while we were gone. Very nice & likable guy!

We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin is beautiful, love how it's decorated. Secluded, yet close to everything. The view is breathtaking.

It’s a nice location but it took almost two hours to get in bc had my info messsd up and they couldn’t tell me the code to get in, not sure if this was booking or Evolve. Was suppose to get a voucher for a 100 for all our trouble,never happened. Not sure I will use booking ever again

The size of the cabin is perfect for any occasion and the location couldn't be better. Its so beautiful! The view from the 2nd floor window and from the porch is what we came down for!!!
Carpets in the bathroom. Its really cute and perfect for that old time cabin experience everything was clean and set up nicely but it was old. Which is fine other than the carpet in the bathroom.
