Situated in West Beach, this attractive townhouse for $390 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Awesome Townhomes on the Beach; Great Pool Area; Close to Town!. Welcome to Gulfside Townhomes in Gulf Shores! New High Speed WiFi; SMART TV in Living Room for NETFLIX, HULU, etc Family friendly, two-story townhome on West Beach. Gulfside Townhomes is only a half mile away from the center of town and directly on the beach! Prime location within walking distance to restaurants & local attractions. Low density complex with a total of 40 units. Gulfside Townhome 13 is 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom and accommodates 6 comfortably. Two additional people are permitted. Recent updates include furnishings & decor throughout (July '16)! Upstairs bathrooms have updated vanity cabinets & counters. Private covered parking for up to 2 cars directly under the unit ($12/veh). This vacation rental has two private balconies that offer views that overlook the courtyard, sugar white sand, emerald gulf water and pool areas. Unit bedding is: Master: Queen Bedroom 2: Bunks (Twin/Twin)*for children; Queen Sleeper Sofa: Full Approx Area: 1,150 Sq Ft Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, D/W, microwave, and ice maker. Unit is fully tiled downstairs and carpet upstairs. Condo has 3 Cable Flat Screen TVs(60" SMART TV in LR, 32" in Master, 24" in 2nd BR), 1 DVD.
