The hotel is run by a charming family and they go to extreme measure to make the guest comfortable. Location is good ang the breakfast was delicious.

Lovely guest house in brilliant location. Only a 10 minute walk to great srea with nightly food stalls. Easy to get around the old town. Sll stagf were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great every day with a wide sekection to choose from all freshly prepared. Lovely touch was being given chocolate for valantines day. Definately recommend Gusto Guest house. They looked after our packs until we had to go yo the bus ststion and even arrsnged a taxi for us from grab.

This is a very clean, bright, small hotel with a more family feel than the big impersonal hotels. Being a single female, I felt very comfortable here and found the staff very cheerful and helpful, particularly Nicky whose English was the best I encountered on my holiday and who very kindly responded to phone calls and emails from my family in England. The hotel does not have a lift but Nicky changed my room from the fourth floor to the second and took my suitcase up for me - I have an aging knee problem. The hotel is well situated in the old town with a good vegan restaurant 5 minutes away.

There were no instructions on how to use the safe so I had to ask.

We felt home the second we walked through the door. We were welcomed warm-heartedly, informed about all the sights and important spots nearby etc. The people working at this hotel are very kind and always willing to help. The room suited our needs just perfect. Size-wise it was exactly what we needed, the bed was fine, there was a small desk, AC, a sofa in front of the bed to sit on. the bathroom was spacious, everything was clean! We were supplied new towels and fresh bottled drinking water each day. The package we booked on booking.com also included a nice breakfast every day. The hotel is located at the outer edge of the old city, so all the temples etc there were within walking distance while at night we could rest well.

The best thing about the property were the people who run/ work there. They were honestly the kindest, most helpful welcoming people, who went above and beyond to make you feel at home. They are incredible. We loved our room, super clean, spacious and they offer to clean your room every day with fresh towels, water and toiletries. The aircon was good, breakfast was nice too. They help you with everything, for example recommending and booking tours (which they gave us a bag with water and towels to take on the tours too), getting taxis, sorting laundry and I struggled with l booking the bus out of Chiangmai, so they helped with that also. Great value, friendliest team, fabulous rooms. Super location. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Gusto house for ensuring we had a great visit to Chiang Mai.

Great staff, excellent location, great value.

Nicky and family made our stay even better with their guidance on local attractions, tours and transport locally and to the airport. The property was immaculately clean and well located. We would stay at Gusto House when back in Chiang Mai.

We did have a few steps to climb. it were offered a room on a lower floor. We were given assistance with our luggage.

Beautiful little hotel in the Old City. The staff were SO friendly, helpful and professional and the property/ rooms spotless. Amazing value for money and even included a wonderful buffet breakfast.
