We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. We love Havasu!

The pool was great.

The refrigerator and freezer didn't get very cold, and there were no dishwasher pods.

Very comfortable, well equip

We found pubic hairs on the pillowcases, toenails clippings on the carpet, and for the iPad that runs the Jacuzzi if someone was not technology savvy we wouldn’t have known how to run it, Took almost 2 hours to warm up the Jacuzzi so the kids could go in it. The bedside lamp in one of the bedrooms did not work, The tub in the extra bathroom is clogged up
