Rooms should have little bit window view

Nothing . They didn't give free shuttle rather they charged extra.

Size of the room

There was no hot water provided In the shower, water pressure was non existing, room was very dusty not even a toilet roll was provided upon request since there was non available in the first place. Sorry to say one wasn't even felt welcomed.

bed was comfortable

first they asked me to pay 9500 for the room I booked from Booking.com then I talked with owner and he said u can checkin with us but u cancel the booking with Booking.com Bcz they will charge 15% . i didn’t cancel the booking then at checkout they asked me to pay 100 pkr extra

The location is very secure and at a walking distance from Dolmen Mall. There's 24/7 security checkpost right outside the hotel gate. So you can peacefully get in and out of your cab/car/Uber/careem etc. No fear of snatching or mugging. The hotel staff is super-polite, helpful, courteous and responsive. They help you with your luggage etc with a smile. The hotel has a very family-friendly vibe to it. Just one street across you have Xanders, a very nice place to eat in. There's a salon inside Xanders too! The hotel rooms are big enough and there's good natural light in the halls.

Break fast not good , room AC not working properly, bath room not clean , no hot water , not provide bath room accessories

Just the bed were clean

First of all the pictures they have showed in the add was not the same it was a small room and a small washroom No towels bathing kits were provided we have asked they only provided the towels Paint job of the rooms are going on when we reached so smelly T V are not working properly Water is not coming properly in the washrooms
