Right on the beautiful water
Kind of in a party zone, didn’t keep us up but it may for light sleepers.

Angel, the manager, met us at arrival and served as our concierge during our week stay. He was very helpful with all our needs (found us a tour guide for birding) and offered suggestions for local foods and activities.
Our room was good with two beds, coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Bathroom was a little small but functional and up to date. Good a/c. WiFi flickered off a few times. The entire small guest house and the two cabanas are new and very quaint. We loved the porch area where we spent time resting, reading and meeting others.
Location was perfect. We walked everywhere, on the street or on the beach and found lots of amazing restaurants nearby (next door is a grocery store). Beach area was very nice!

Angel went out of his way to make our stay there comfortable! The grounds were maintained daily and the bungalow we stayed in was perfect for us.

The manager was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and he set us up with fantastic snorkeling and biolunineses tours.

Reception rather cold. We would have expected our hosts to be more friendly and had the impression to be bothering in each of our chats. Not the welcoming attitude that we enjoyed anywhere else during our stay in Belize.

We had a wonderful honeymoon at the White Horse Inn. We stayed at cabana that faced the beach. Angel and Levi were both amazing and very helpful. The location is beautiful and you can watch the ocean and sunrise from the bed. Air conditioning is a life saver and makes it very comfortable.
The bed is not that comfortable, we both had sore back. The housekeeper came in twice which is fine, we just didn't expect it as they said they would not enter unless requested. There was no hammock while were there as it had broke.

The staff was outstanding and very attentive. Angel the manager was so pleasant to talk with and a wealth of information. The grounds and cleanliness was immaculate with all the amenities one would need to enjoy themselves at an affordable price. The location is outstanding, as it sits right on the beach, wonderful store next door and many restaurants within a short walk. I would highly recommend the White Horse!

We loved everything but we wish we had been in one of the other rooms as ours was bang in the middle of all the rooms and had very little natural light. However it is such a fabulous place that all the other rooms were fully booked!!!

the inn is centrally located in Hopkins making it an easy walk to anywhere in town. the beach view is amazing, and it’s a really walk along the beach to other parts of town. the staff were very friendly and informative, giving restaurant recommendations and booking a beach massage for us! the room was clean and nice. highly recommended!

Lovely place to stay, right on the beach and close to a market and restaurants. Our room was very clean and had a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Kayaks were available for use. Good WiFi. Would recommend!
One day there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, potentially coming through the vent? But this was not there all the time. The Inn provides good water on the veranda for filling water bottles, etc.

Amazing property located in the heart of Hopkins village. Incredibly clean and Angel and Levi were so helpful and kind. We rented bikes right on the property to explore the village and sittee river village. They offer complimentary access to kayaks. So close to many restaurants

Very helpful staff and lovely location. We loved being able to walk most places and having stores and restaurants nearby. Also great to be right on the beach. Liked that it was a small cozy place. The town of Hopkins is awesome! So many friendly people and interesting culture. Had wonderful access to everything we wanted from this inn.

This place is right on the beach. We stayed in one of the guest houses and it was wonderful. We parked right next to our room, 1 min walk from grocery store and 6 restaurants and pharmacy. Our kitchen was set up with utensils, pots, pans, blender, plates, cups, bowls, and some spices. I can't think of anything it was missing. You can grab a fresh coconut from the palm trees on the property and make a nice drink if you want.
Angel (the property manager) was a great resource for scheduling excursions. He really gives you your space so you might have to find him, but he is so helpful when you require his help.
The room was very clean with A/C and zero hot water issues. They supplied 5 gal of purified water with a hand pump. I did have issues pumping water but I didn't complain so it didn't get fixed. That's on me. There were a couple of cracked tiles on the floor with loose pieces, they did point this out and have a floor replacement scheduled.
We were there 10 days and only had our room cleaned one time. Ms. Mae (the house keeper) was also quiet qand in the background. When she cleaned our room she cleaned it top to bottom as if there was going to be a new guest. Incredible job. She also did 2 bags of laundry for us (at a cost). It was great knowing we could pack light and laundry would be taken car of.
Just know you may need to pack your own shampoo and conditioner. They do provide a 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. This worked fi e for me but not my wife.

This inn was fantastic. Our cabana was right on the sand and the beautiful, quiet, well-maintained private beach. Angel was extremely helpful and offered us lots of guidance, advice, recommendations, etc., and his brother was helpful too. We loved the ability to rent bikes onsite, use their boogie boards and floaties, etc. Highly recommend it!
This wasn't a problem for us but a heads up for others: the bathroom is enclosed within the room except for the ceiling, so there is slightly more exposure between users and others in the room. It was fine for us but might surprise some. It was still 100% worth the price we paid and amenities we received!

That the property had direct access to the beach and parking on the street. A supermarket was around the corner
The description said the room has a sea view. In fact it in a corridor, directly behind another room. The side windows had an oblique view to the sea through the neighbouring property. There was a lot of sargassum washed on shore. The maintenance men cleaning out pushed it back into the sea. So if you wanted to swim in the ocean you would need to wade through the sargassum. One of the maintainence men kept walking close to a hammock my daughter was lying in and staring lecherously as her making her so uncomfortable she went into the room and stayed there. There was no bath soap, shampoo or conditioner provided. Dated bed linen, and towels, and rug in bathroom.

Beach front, amazing view, had two fans in the room which was amazing to have. Large refrigerator, all pots and pans to cook with.
The beach wasn’t as clean as you would like. Seems like a lot of stuff washes up onto the beach.

Very nice and clean place, great beds and showers, next to the sea, walking distance to shop and restaurants. Very friendly people, did our laundry, which was ready next day.
