Лучшие аппартаменты даже и сложно найти!

Все понравилось! у нас были аппарты на верхнем этаже, 2 комнаты и гостиная с кухней. Шикарная терраса, с волшебным видом. Все было комфортно, удобные кровати. на кухне вся утварь и все необходимое. В следующий раз обязательно остановимся здесь, но уже на подольше! Все в пешей доступности, пляжи городские, пляжи на перешейке полуострова, автостанция, все магазины и главная площадь. Парень администратор помог нам с трансферами из аэропорта и до Олюдениза. Спасибо Kale Apparts

Не очень уютно. На фото квартира выглядит более уютной, светлой и комфортной. Заявлен был камин, но он некрасиво был за

Понравилось , что есть отдельная спальня, кухонный уголок, стиральная машинка в подъезде , которой было удобно пользоваться. Можно было всегда взять чистое постельное белье и полотенца.

Ok for a night or two but definitely not longer. Too small . Wouldn’t book again for this reason.

Excellent location and Onder was very polite and pleasant.

Really small room, Balcony so hot you couldn’t sit outside because of air conditioning unit. No bedside table on one side.

It was a good stay. I would happily recommend and stay there myself again

Location was great, right in the center. There are some slopes on the way but this is to be expected dur to the geography. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all necessary equipments were there.

Maybe a bit noisy due to central location

Wonderful apartment, very spacy and the most wonderful sea view

Good location and the view of the top apartment is amazing.

No elevator and 5 floors in the heat is challenging 😂. The washing machine is shared and some people in the building were turning the machine for 1 t-shirt. Very enoying

we stay in a Studio with a sea view. The sea view was disappointing. It looked similar to the picture in the listing but in real life it was not worth looking at.

Central, sea views, good value.

Views off our small balcony was lovely. apartment clean and tidy. Basic cooking equipment but all we needed, we bought breakfast makings and lunch so if we wanted to, we could eat at home. close to the square, shops, bars and supermarkets etc. Good value for money. washing machine was welcome.

Exceptional

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious with a big balcony. We didn't have the same view as in the photos, but it was still beautiful. There was space to park our car and the apartment is close to the center of town. After many days of traveling, we were very grateful to be able to use the washing machine. We were very at home here and hope to be back with some friends!

Nothing like the photos. Poorly maintained with very poor customer service

Decent location. Kitchenette wasn’t described but was a nice surprise.

The double room looked absolutely nothing like the photos. The room was basic, with no sun whatsoever. The Mountain View was actually a view of a scruffy building directly facing, about 5 mètres from out building. There was no mountain visible whatsoever from the room, the side of the balcony had a small corner opening through which a part of the mountain was visible. The room was poorly maintained and had so many little things wrong that we got tired of hassling the staff as they spoke no English whatsoever so we had to constantly use translation software. Two lights didn’t work, the balcony floor was full of water due to a leaking pipe which had been repaired with a polystyrene takeaway tray. We asked the non English speaking guy to fix it. He was very sweet but obviously not a plumber, using a random bit of pipe which didn’t fix the leak. We ended up with a mop bucket under the leak all week. Cash payment in Turkish lira was demanded upon arrival without any prior information about this. We had no lira and it was late so the owner booked to visit at 07:45 the next day, then didn’t turn up. We found out later he had taken payment from my card registered with booking.com. He called the owner upon arrival, as we were unhappy with the room being totally different from the photos. The owner was quite rude, accused us of ‘looking for problems’. His only proposed solution was to offer us one night free but that we leave the next day. He told us that they used photos of the ‘showroom’ on booking.com. The building is right next to a mosque so you can expect to be woken at dawn by morning prayers played very loudly on the PA system at dawn. Overall a decent basic room, for the price, decent location. But the photos are extremely misleading and the owner was just very unpleasant.

Great place

Amazing view, very near to town center. Very pleasant to chill on the balcony. Good size living room with kitchen. ACs in every room.

Wifi is a bit unstable, and since it is an attic floor you near to be careful with you head as ceilings are low in places.

Location was perfect. Leymona Beach was 2 minutes walking distance and town center was 5 minutes away.

It was hard to find a parking spot close to the accomodation at weekend days. Balcony was too small that only one chair and one small table could barely fit.

Great place in good location

Great apartment in the center of Kaş

Great location: right in the center of Kaş, 5 minutes from the sea. Check-in process was super-easy. The room was nice, with comfortable bed, good shower and a balcony. I enjoyed staying there!

apartment had everything you needed

this apartment is right opposite a mosque that woke us up at dawn next door had cockerels that also kept us awake…. No one was there to welcome us . There is no reception the maid had to call the owner to check us in . glad we didn’t arrive late at night.

A perfect apartment with an amazing view, we were happy to stay there, very cosy, spacious, comfortable. Really relaxing. The apartment has all you need. The balcony is truly wonderful, we had all our breakfasts and dinners there, and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The host is really welcoming, we highly appreciated it. Thank you very much!

Views from the balcony are amazing. Close to the city centre. The owners were very helpful.

There's a mosque 5 metres from the appartment. Be prepared for a 5 am wake-up!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Location was central and not far from the bus park.

Very poor insulation. I could hear all my neighbors moving furniture among other noises. No quiet hours again so people tended to talk into the night. Did not meet the manager upon arrival and no information packet was left for me. Had to ask about literally everything. WiFi was terrible, ended up using phone hotspot. Also, manager was not very responsive. I ended up just leaving without a proper check-in or check-out not knowing how to really proceed with anything. Room was slightly dusty as well and bathroom was not well cleaned. There was toothpaste residue even on the walls. Shower drain is blocked, likely from hair and has not been cleaned so could not even enjoy a proper shower without standing in water, which was uncomfortable. Room does not look like picture at all. Paint chips everywhere and generally just looks like it's falling apart. Also located beside a mosque so expect to be awaken to prayers. It is honestly not worth how much you'd save. Avoided being indoord and was just looking forward to leaving. Thankfully, I had just 3 nights and was quite busy.

Exceptional

The location was perfect for me: close to the bus station, in the direction of public beach, the main street around the corner. Space is great, all nessessary was in there, loved the matress!! :-) The host -- Ali -- is a great one, easy to reach out, answering all questions. Also helped to organise the transfer on short notice, which was great help! Thank you, Ali!!

Superb

Superb location in the town - right in the center and at the same time on the way to the most beatifull (to my taste) harbour beach ( ibiza style club music with a great scenary and cristal waters). Very nice host Mustafa, lovely see view from a spacious balcony. All in all perfect for the money you pay.

Excellent location, clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment.

The flat on the first floor is a little bit dark. At the check-out, we have to wait for the owner to come and collect the payment.
