5 star recommendation!

It was a wonderful experience staying here! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was great too, it was in quiet neighbourhood, and short driving distance to town area and coffee shop. The house itself was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we need, really really great. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sabah!

Great hospitality

I especially like the service & hospitality of the host. She was extremely accommodating & considerate (maybe because she saw that I was a solo female traveller). Eg. She offered to upgrade me to a bigger room downstairs considering that there will b 2 families staying upstairs, which could be noisy & crowded. And even though I had checked out 1 night earlier than my check-out date, she didn't hesitate to open the door at late night for me to resume my stay after hearing that my flight was rescheduled. So, for that, she's very commendable.

I didn't like Booking.com being misleading. The title of "single room house and privacy of home" did not match the reality of having to stay with several other strangers under the same roof and a shared bathroom. I specifically searched for "whole house" and this property came described as "one bedroom house". So it didn't occur to me that it was a shared house. Besides, when I booked thru Booking.com app on the phone (as opposed to what appears on the website), this property is stated clearly as "1 bedroom house" and not "1 single bedroom with / without window" as can be seen on its website. I only read the fine prints after payment and the rest were history. Anyway, I know this is no fault of the host and I should hv opened my eyes wide enough to notice this. Booking.com should look into this to avoid misrepresentation.

Very good

Clean and comfortable environment to stay in. Very accommodating and friendly host. Good water pressure and facilities provided, which included WiFi and a water dispenser.

Only one shared toilet upstairs between 3 rooms. Although, there were an additional 2 toilets downstairs.

Wonderful. I thought it was terrible to share home with stranger, I was totally wrong.

really like the service there. The staff a.k.a the owner is really kind and helpful. I thought it was a bad idea to share same place to stay with strangers, I was wrong. It was better than hotel. Plan to stay there again in the future. Just to be clear, you renting a room not the entire house (what I thought initial). But you can have access to living room and toilet. Family room (4-person capacity) has toilet in the room.

Nothing really bad. but sometimes,the WiFi got problem. Otherwise, everything is good.

The line for celcom not very good, sometimes no service, especially in the room. Need to ho to the living room to get a line. However, the host already provide us with the wifi. Well done

Our family is happy to have a worthwhile homestay, large living room, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, large and clean rooms, toilets are also provided with baths and shampoo, suitable for family gathering activities, and birthday party. Homestay is also close to Imago and center Point, making it easier for us to shop. Thank you to the host who was so friendly and treated us warmly
