Summer Vacation Retreat
We had a wonderful stay on Peak 9. Great location for our family of 4. Very spacious, the house was beautiful and was a great retreat to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains after a full day of activities. Would highly recommend for families and groups looking for a nice quiet getaway just a short trip into Breck. Also, Paragon team was excellent and very helpful before, during, and after the stay. Thank you! Read more

Beautiful views. Beautiful home. Wildlife galore. 5 star.
We had a fabulous summer stay in this home. We had 11 family members and everyone was very comfortable. The home is even more beautiful than pictured. It was very clean and well stocked. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen and found everything we needed. The views are amazing! We really enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck. The neighborhood is peaceful and wonderful for walking. In fact, an extensive trail system is just a 10-15 minute walk up the road. We hiked on the trails everyday. We saw 4 moose, a fox and a bear right in the yard of this house. Visitors may take note of this if you have small children. Otherwise, it really was amazing! We were able to park in the garage which is nice. The hot tub was clean and very comfortable in the evenings. The management staff are very responsive and professional. We asked a few questions (texted) during our stay and they replied very quickly... within minutes. I recommend this property without hesitation. It really is a fantastic home and neighborhood!  Read more

Lone Hand Lodge Mountain Retreat
Our week of rest and relaxation with all our family at the Lone Hand Lodge in Breckenridge was amazing. There were a few hiccups the first weekend of our stay. Issues were given quick attention by the management company after they were informed. Our family enjoyed having the luxury of their own private bath attached to each bedroom and the 10 minute hike to the nearest trailhead. The house was quiet and the view was spectacular. Would love to return. Read more

Beautiful Home on the Mountain and Close to Breckenridge
My extended family of 8 (including two small children and two grandparents) spent a week at this home in late July. The house has a wonderful layout for a big group and we didn't feel like we were living on top of each other. The deck and yard were wonderful, too. We even had a moose visit the backyard one morning! It's only a 8-10 minute drive to Breckenridge downtown, too. The customer service was great, but we had a few technical issues that are worth mentioning: - The oven does not work. It would work for a few minutes, but once it got over 300 degrees, it would shut itself off and lock the door. We communicated with the company a few times about it and their solution was telling us to flip the breaker to the oven or use the small toaster oven instead. The breaker fix only worked temporarily until the oven again got over 300 degrees. This really disappointed the older people in our party, as they had spent a lot of time and money planning meals that needed an oven to be cooked. It needs to be replaced or serviced. Otherwise, don't plan to cook anything at the home that can't be grilled. -There is a pack n play in the closet of the house available for use, but when I asked about it before the trip, they told me assuredly that there was not one at the rental. That was also disappointing as we ended up having to lug ours on the plane for no reason. -The pillows are very, very thin and pretty lumpy. If you need a good pillow in order to sleep, you might consider bringing one. -The upstairs deck table could really use an umbrella for shade. We brought up the downstairs one but it didn't really fit the table. -There are a TON of kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. but very, very little pantry space (the pantry door was locked and the cabinets were mostly full of other items). It was nice to have so many things available though. -The laundry only has one single-use packet of detergent provided. Plan to bring your own detergent. Read more
