Kitchen was nice, and having a barbeque was useful. Location was good and price was reasonable.

The room could use some maintenance, The thermostat did not work and room stayed at 23C so balcony door had to be left open to cool room to sleep. The TV did not work. Lots of the light bulbs were burnt out. No point in having a fire place when you can't get the room temperature down.

I like that the suite was homey and that we could go right from our car up the elevator to our room without having to go outside. It was very quiet and if we had any questions I could text somebody and they would always answer me right away.

There really wasn't anything not to like about the suite . The bed was a little high but that wasn't their fault I have short little legs.

The hidden $100 cleaning fee that was tacked on after proceeding to check out which doubled the price of the room. The room is located in a hotel but is no part of the hotel, which is not mentioned in the description. If you try to check in with front desk they will have no reservation for you. you have to "check in" via a link sent to your phone to get the room number and entry code.

''Could use some updating '',broken blinds ,soiled cushions on pullout coach and the mattress inside coach was horrible.Also it would have been nice to have a queen bed with a nightstand and reading lamp the murphy bed that was provided was too small and quite high. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE. 350 PER NIGHT FOR WHAT YOU GET IS RIDICULOUS....

Bed was not very comfortable and sheets had holes in them. overall cleanliness was okay, could use improvement

We loved the large fridge to store the eggs, bacon, fruit, veggies, Yoghurt, coffee cream, etc. that we brought along for our stay. We enjoyed making our own breakfast and light lunches and made very good use of the frying pan, coffee maker and toaster. Cupboards had pots, pans, all necessary utensils, cutlery and dishes. There was even a dishwasher!

The mattress on bed was a bit high, but we managed to get onto it!

Clean, easy to get to, good parking

The 80$ cleaning free was the only thing I wasn't a fan of. We didn't make any mess at all and it just seems unreasonable.

The suite was very very clean. We were really impressed that it was that clean. it was nicely decorated, nice and simple decor. The suite had everything we could have wanted. The suite overlooks the one hot tub so it was very nice to simply step out on the patio to check if there was room in the hot tub. With having two hot tubs, we found it was never full. The parking garage always had spots. The resort is clean and organized. We didn’t deal with the staff too much but when we did it was pleasant.

The blind is broken so it took a bit of work to make it stay up so you can enjoy the view and taking it down was hard too, but otherwise it would be too light to sleep in there with it up. it’s an amazing view so please fix it or simply put up curtains :) We didn’t have any dish rags or tea towels (which is hard to wash the dishes without them) and no extra garage bags. Theres are small complaints but just something to consider to make this even better. These issues would not stop us from booking again… we loved it.

Absolutely loved everything here. Fully stocked kitchen, with everything we needed. Comfortable bed. We Liked that the property has 2 hot tubs to use. Easy to get to, super easy instructions for getting into the garage and unit itself. Loved the constant communication aswell I would definitely return here no questions asked!!
