We enjoyed the sunny. airy, roomy, condominium complex as a whole.

We were in #108. Enjoyed the roomy, sunny, private condominium with a lovely pool/beachfront view. Decor was nice and welcoming and room was attractive. Room was also sufficiently clean. But did not enjoy the noisy refrigerator. Bed was hard. Bathroom rug is dirty and faded and needs to be replaced. Toaster is only working on one side. So while issues need to be addressed in this unit, we still enjoyed the spaciousness, openness and beauty of seeing the gulf right outside our own room. Nice amenities and free toiletries. Enjoyed having a beach umbrella and space provided. Beach was beautiful as well as the sunsets!!! Friendly people Enjoyed Boshamps Restaurant tremendously.. Also enjoyed the boat ride available at the harbor to see the dolphins and sunset. Staff on boat very accommodating and friendly and took everybody's pictures even! We cleaned your room..except for sweeping sand out. Thanks for letting us use it.

Did not know breakfast might be available. Experienced difficulty with access code for exterior key pad. Directions clariying that lock box is not keyless but indeed has the old fashioned key in gadget would help. [appeared to be keyless.as we were able to open the door once we put the code in for the first time but not there after.] Miscomunications, misperceptions. Trip proceded pretty well on-site staff came by the first morning to help

Exceptional

Location was great, nice community. The shuttle lady is super sweet and efficient with pick up and drop offs. Apartment is clean. Pools were clean and spacious. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Beautiful environment with wonderful weather along with being peaceful, relaxing and stress free getaway.

Love the location and access to the beach and anything we may have needed. The bed was awesomely awesome.

The hike to the beach, condo needs a few updates.

we didn’t like being on the first floor. I was expecting to have a better view and the code on the door was changed so w

we were locked out of our condo after going to the pool. the code to the door was changed and didn’t have anyone at office to help us. we were so lucky a lady there got ahold of someone for us. we were wet and cold so it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Disappointing!

There were 2 things that we enjoyed about this property, the view from our balcony and the proximity to the beach.

I booked through booking.com and the pictures they showed me of the place before I paid for the reservation were not the same after I booked the reservation. I called Booking.com and they contacted Vacasa about it. Vacasa blamed it on Booking.com and from there both companies went back and forth, neither taking responsibility for it. Finally the last thing Vacasa told me was that there’s nothing they can do about it. Even though they agree that it was deceiving because the unit that I was shown was nothing like the unit that I got. Another issue I had with the unit was the lack of cleaning. I have brought some cleaning products in case I needed them during the stay or before. The floor appeared cleaned but when I used my swifter every single pad came came put black. I knew then that the rest of the property was more than likely not cleaned. I used wipes and disinfectant wipes throughout the property and most were dirty. Also when I used the washing machine and I opened the pull out tray I found mold. The ceiling had a black line coming out from the AC units, like the AC filters have probably not been change in a few years. The bathroom tiles inside the shower had some with white grout and and some with black mold around it. I immediately called Vacasa and they first offered to reimburse me for a day of cleaning and then they decided to reimburse me for the entire cleaning fee. In addition, this unit needs a lot a lot updates and repairs very disappointing. Be aware of booking your vacations through Booking.com and or using any properties that Vacasa manages, neither company will take any responsibility for their properties
