The views were incredible and we got to see 3 bears while we were walking around the front of the property!! The beds were so comfortable as well! Great place to take our kids, everyone had their own room and space (we have teenagers) and that is super important!

The only thing that disappointed us was when we turned on the jets in the jacuzzi lots of chunks of black stuff came out and filled the tub. So bad that I could not stay in it.

The space and the quiet area. Also access to pools and close proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Didn’t have a good Mountain View.

the location sits right in between pigeon forge and gatlinburg so it’s perfect for whichever you choose but it’s quiet and secluded. the property was also clean and slept so many people.

I can’t say I didn’t like anything about it. I do suggest bringing an extra towel, toilet paper, and trash bags if you plan to stay a few days.

Lovely large home witb nice views. We enjoyed the billiards. Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We had planned on using the grill until we found out it was a charcoal grill with no supplies. We tried to enjoy the hot tub on the first night but discovered it smelled like swamp and the water a bit cloudy - they fixed it the following day. The upstairs bath jacquzzi tub had black gunk coming from the jets and was therefore unusable. Cooked in the kitchen to discover unusable filthy black crusted frying pans and dirty pots. No containers with lids for any leftovers. No foil or plastic wrap. No baggies. Wr paid a high price for our 4 night stay and found those issues to be unacceptable. I tried to call the office several times about it and nobody answered the phone. I ended up leaving a voice message with our complaints and asking for a partial refund but received no response. I do not recommend.

Beautiful setting. Beds are really comfortable. Plenty of seating for families. Quick response if you have questions.

It would help if the top floor had blinds on the windows. If you are staying for a week or more, the closet space is very limited. There was no trash pickup during our 7 day stay, and the outside cans are small.
