Absolutely amazing apartment in a great community by the best, least crowded

Everything about the property was great. The location was right on one of the best beaches. Excellent pool. The apartment itself was modern, clean and well equipped. Vacasa even left a nice starter food pack for us. Washer, dryer within the unit was a pleasant surprise. From beach towels to surf boards to snorkeling gear- everything was available within the apartment. Free parking. Everything was great.

Misrepresented as having an ocean view

The pictures are of a place with an ocean view but the unit we got had a parking lot view and no ocean. We wouldn’t have booked this place if we didn’t think there was an ocean view. This was totally deceptive and not appreciated!!!!

BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISING ON BOOKING.COM

Condo has been renovated

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The photos on Booking.con ARE NOT the actual condo! The Vacasa listing for condo 201 is totally different! You have access to the beach but the condo faces the highway which means tons of street noise. Vacasa manages the property and knows that the Booking.com listing is FALSIFIED and does nothing to change it. Also: Washer dryer were broken, elevator lost power, no dishwasher soap or coffee filters. Again, we were expecting ocean views based on the photos and description. TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING.

we were very comfortable in this stylish apartment

it was beautifully decorated, comfortable, light, with many channels and streaming services, plenty of kitchen items, beach towels, cooler etc. it is centrally located and makes day trips manageable.

the beach was not easy to access and is suffering erosion. while we were there, a major storm to the south made it dangerous to go in the water and caused the closest road into town to be closed because ocean water was washing up and flooding it, so we had to drive around and weren’t able to walk to the close by shops. I’m sure this isn’t happening all the time, but a local told us there were problems back in the winter that closed the road for a week. this isn’t the fault of the property or management, but is something to consider.

Superb

only complaint is the actual room was not the room shown in the booking, I was expecting the same room which showed ocean view. the room I got was actually much nicer, but not ocean facing. Otherwise, great place to stay that is near the ocean so convenient for swimming. Not much to eat within walking distance, but easy drive to kihei where there are options. Convenient jump off location to drive to other parts of island. Great to have washer and dryer in unit and air conditioning, super comfortable and clean!

Pretty ok stay just not great transitions.

The apartment was super nice and modern. Aside from that please review the below feedback for future improvements on how to make the experience better especially for first time visitors. I am more familiar with it moving forward but it was a learning curve and wished I had more instructions .

The apartment was super nice, however there was almost no instructions on entrance or access to things like the beach front and etc. I wish there was more clear instructions on check in and check out. I also wished that the place kept their word about services, I requested for extra toiletries they responded saying yea that is ok but then when I arrived I didn't get them (which is fine) but when I called for them I got a not great response from the company about this request when initially I was given a "yea no problem we will make sure of this".

We had a very pleasant stay. The complex was nice.

The condo was neat and clean.

We were under the impression there was a full ocean view...there was really only a partial view and most of the view was the parking lot.

Lovely modern Condo in good location

unit was newly remodeled, kitchen, bathroom, shower flooring, decor all lovely, building was right on beach, and convenient to travel to different spots on island

noise from road when windows open, host was stingy with detergent for washing machine had to beg to get more than 3 or 4 pods for 1 week stay, small washer, so needed multiple washes for just my husband and myself and our towels for beach, but they did bring more, knowing Vacasa charges about 25% fee for managing unit, with additional cleaning fee, very annoying. could have more umbrellas for shade outside,

We had a great stay! Very safe and quiet and perfect for our family.

Exactly as advertised! Great location and the updated condo is very well done. Quick response from the host when needed as well.
