Ottima scelta

Pulizia, cordialità, disponibilità da parte di tutti, tranquillità, sono il punto forte della struttura. Le camere hanno un ampiezza molto buona, tutte con terrazzo, aria condizionata nuova, frigo funzionante, materassi comodi, acqua calda, parcheggio privato, ottima qualità prezzo.

La vista mare, non è la classica vista mare che uno si aspetta, ma è più una vista al porto dei pescherecci della città.

View cảnh biển, nhìn đc mặt trời lặn và mọc, nằm gần biển, có nhiều quán ăn lân cận.

Máy lạnh hay có tiếng cụp cụp, lúc ngủ hơi ồn 1 chút Phòng đầu tủ có nhiều bụi Nước yếu kh đủ mạnh

Nice staff, clean room, location is within short driving distance of Mùi Ne.

Only downside is no local shop if you need water late at night etc, make sure you’re prepared!

solid accomodations, not exciting though.you get enough comfort you paid for, but nothing more

it's quiet and the view of the port is very nice, house and rooms are clean and well maintained.

bathroom is very small and basic, the light on the balcony was on all night and we didn't figure out how to switch it off. in short,.it's solid 7 to 8, but not 9

사장님이 매우 친절하다. 영어로 수월하게 의사소통 할 수 있었고, 이것저것 물어봐 귀찮았을텐데도 친절히 답해주었다. 발코니 뷰 객실의 일출은 엄청 이쁘다.

Günstige Unterkunft bei einer ganz lieben Familie.

Super Lage, sehr nettes Ehepaar, alles sehr sauber und man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl. Wir konnten Fahrräder und Motobikes ausborgen und die Insel erkunden. Alles perfekt!

It's really a little remote, and we had problems to get a grab. Maybe another taxi app would have worked better. It looks on a part of a side-harbor and you can enjoy and also have to hear their work in the morning.

Really nice place to stay but if you are looking to explore keep in mind taxi/GRAB is expensive and this is not that

Great room, clean and tidy. Good value for money. Was really nice walking to streets and just heading into some of the shops. Really local feel around and not many tourists. We managed to get 2x haircuts for only 50K VND!

Quite far away from most things and taxi/Grab are quite expensive so factor that in. Not a bad thing but just know no one speaks any English so use your translate devices. Washing expensive so maybe save till the next place. They hire out SUP’s but the “beach” is more like a construction zone and can’t imagine anyone swimming there. Not that close to any food places so either get your walk on or use GRAB for delivery.

The owners were very nice and the view was good, but the bed was very uncomfortable felt like sleeping on wood with a blanket over it😬

Very good

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Quite location close to the delta of phu hai river. All in all good place to stay in Phan Thiet. For others: Be prepared that staff here really does not speak english at all. :)

Great hosts, good facilties and great views

Such lovely helpful hosts, facilities are good, excellent views from the balcony of the fishing boats.

Quite a walk to restaurants etc, the nearest beach is a building site- but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent.

The breakfast is good. Hoa and her staff went out of the way to help in arranging transport and guiding me to various places in the town. I cannot think of a better place for the money I paid.

Bathroom needs slight improvement. Water backs-up.

Amazing Place with Lovely Owners

All the family members are amazing. They were so nice all the time and helped us. The room was clean and nice as well. The best part is that they have 𝑨 peaceful and amazing balcony!!
