It's budget friendly

Not very clean in middle of jo where not really close to anything in tokyo

The accommodation is located conveniently between 2 train stations. Akabane the busiest is either the 23 or 26 green bus with a trip of about 25 mins for 220 yen. The Nishi Ariai station is about a 20 minute walk in the opposite direction or 5 mins by bus. There is a supermarket, Daiso dollar shop, 2 Izakaya's, restaurant, food shops, and Maccas within 1 min walk. A convenience store is about 5 mins walk.
