Location

There are no yoga classes, and nothing about wellbeing as mentioned. I came expressly for that.

Clean, well run, comfortable accommodation.

Very clean comfortable room. Fresh clean white sheets, lightweight duvets and towels were provided. Excellent food and drinks. Staff explained unfamiliar foods on menu. Staff were friendly, welcoming and offered help. Other guests also friendly, and shared courtyard area lead easily to chatting. Air conditioning and room fan worked well. WiFi worked well. Shower worked well. Kettle in room, with sachets of coffee and tea was a nice touch. Shaded balcony with table and chairs allowed hottest time of day to be appreciated more. Very close to access to centre of beach, and centre of busy shopping street - but located on quieter side street. Close to pharmacy, and money exchange.

Location next to temple meant some noise..but this didn't really disturb when in room and is specific to a festival time. This property is exceptional. There isn't much to not like...

Pretty but lacks customer care

The property is pretty and it's a few minutes walk from the beach. I got help with booking a taxi (though it wasn't the cheapest option by any measure). I was allowed to use a shower late in the evening after I had already checked out.

The room smelled of mildew, I don't think it's being aired properly for the climate that is there. Also, there were constantly little ants here and there in the room. I initially booked the room for one night but then asked to extend. I then found the manager's missed call on my phone and a knock in the morning the next day waking me up and asking when I wanted to settle the bill. When I said at check out, he insisted that I pay that same day, not wait till check-out (later we agreed on the following day payment as there is no atm nearby). It may be my issue but it made me feel like he didn't trust I would settle the bill - even though I had already paid for the initially booked night and also they had the scans of my documents - it's not like I just wandered off the street. A similar thing happened with the hotel restaurant bill - there was no one to be found when I finished eating but then I was told to settle the restaurant bill daily. I don't see what's so wrong with keeping the tab for the room and settling it at the end of your stay - especially as there is no atm nearby and they charge 4% if you want to pay by card. Furthermore, when at other places, you get a discount for booking directly, here, the manager wanted to charge me the exact same or even higher rates than what I paid when I initially booked throigh booking.com. There is no better way to describe it as a feeling that money is all they care about. There was little in the way of showing that they actually care about customer experience - staff are usually all cooped up at the back of the restaurant so if you want something, you have to go looking for them. When I asked for late check out, I was given a half-hour extension. Overall, it's a pretty place but I wouldn't stay again.

It was awful, the entire place and around. I went to the property and there was not hot water. Completely different from its pictures. I do not recommend to stay here at all please don’t prepay at all. The property is just close to the beach but the area around is full of much pigs gutter water etc. I don’t recommend this property.

Good

It was only one apartment available in Arambol on booking.com in July, so we were happy to stay there for a short. Close to the beach, supermarket and one of rare restaurant which works during monsoon. The owner helped us with a taxi to airport. We had own inventor with a huge battery, so often power cuts didn't affect us.

We were charged extra for early checking at 10:30 am of Rs 500. We did not get any receipt for the same. The photos of the property were totally deceiving.

The Organiser of the this resort is really good. Room and bathroom really good in economical pricing .. Beach is just a 2 mins walk... Wonderful place

Good hotel and helpful staff

We liked the location, the colour theme of the venue, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable.

The room needs renovation and a fresh paint job, the fridge wasn't working, noisy, small bed and white towels need replacing.

Location, cleanness

No power backup that was horrible, 6 hours with electricity with a small baby equals to hell. And a young boy called himself manager was truly immature. The rule of the property is if you have lost your room key then you have to pay 500 INR penalty for a 25 INR tiny lock. My wife was in beach shack and the key was with her. I came to my room to take diaper for my baby and asked for the alternate key. The young kid suddenly became very happy and asking for 500 INR without listening the full sentence that we have not lost the key 😊 That was funny.

Fantastic staff, clean big and nice hotelroom with good shower with hotwater. The food is also really amazing here. Very close to the beach max 2min walk. Very close to the stores also just outside the place. Peaceful and quit on the evenning. I reccomend it from the bottom of my heart.
