Location, Zvonko was friendly, helpful, kind and caring. A great host eager to please, a lovely family. Looking forward to next stay. Neat tidy rooms with access to extra towels, sheets if needed. The location is amazing. I had the best view of Saint James Church from my window. The room was clean and the owner helped me with my luggage as my room was on the third floor.

Everything was great. I only did not like the fact that the bathroom's window has no curtain and is not blurred.

Breakfast was good, a healthier option for breakfast would be nice ie some fruit, chia pudding etc

Our bedroom was at the back with no views.

The location is 1 minutes walk from st James church, there was tea/coffee making facilities on each floor

plenty of clean bedding/towels ect but you have to change yourself , not an issues at all

The location was superb! And the host was very kind to let us leave our bags there and checkout when we needed and he was very communicative when he was asked a question. However, they need to get the rooms up to a good standard and put more love into the place.

The sheets were so simple - just one single sheet and an old 70’s strange cover (very uncomfortable) there was no shower gel, a very cheap mat for the bathroom and shared amenities outwith the room with others (like kettle, iron etc - also very cheap), it was also not like other places where they provide breakfast at the property or dinner and a warm welcome - it was more like a hostel and should not be advertised as a hotel, v disappointed - very sparse and without any love or thought as you would expect in a place like this and I have stayed in many places in Medjugorje and have never had this cold experience. I think the good reviews have come from people who do not know what Medjugorje is meant to be like and the standard expected. It’s not expensive to get some decent covers and some shower gel, a mat and a warm welcome! They have a large table downstairs which in previous years, would have been used by pilgrims but have chosen to stay distant from guests and leave this large room unused. I think it’s very sad.

Great place to stay. Very clean, comphortable and friendly atmosphere. Just a step from the church. Happy for chosen this pansion with thanks!
