I couldn’t have asked for more. It fit our needs and allowed us to walk to all her events. Thank you. I highly recommend

This house was perfect for the two of us. We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but it had everything we needed the hostess, even included coffee and snacks!

My only suggestion is that you turn the doors to the bedroom and bath around to open from the other way so the light switches are not behind the doors. This is no way a deal breaker only a suggestion. We enjoyed our stay!

A great little hidden gem well equiped in an ideal location.

Good location in a quiet area walking distance from the main town attractions. Parking on the property very close to the entrance. Well equipped and well stocked with essential dry and cleaning items, we even found some Yorkshire gold tea in the cupboard.

The bedroom would benefit from a small shelf on the window side of the bed to put a clock and personnel items such as eye glasses on at night,

definitely a peaceful getaway!

it was in a perfect location in a very quiet little neighborhood. Close enough to walk to the old city and just exactly as described! Other than for a couple of squeaky doors, there was absolutely nothing wrong with this property, and everything right with this property! We will definitely be back to stay again, and spread the word!

Everything we needed close to the cute shops and our granddaughter's wedding venue!

The cottage was neat, very clean and nicely decorated. The coffee bar was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and other linens. Although we didn't use it the back deck and fire pit were nice to have available. We were within walking distance of the shops and fort.

The coffeemaker didn't work well. We also had a couple of things come apart not due to anything we did. Only need simple repairs. We weren't able to get the bedroom tv to work for us, but the tv in the "office" got us what we wanted to see.

Every room was clean, there was detergent for the washer and dryer, it was located in a wonderful area and close to everything, and I could not be happier with everything.

Dream vacation for a tired nurse

Location, amenities, easy ck in....welcoming atmosphere

Neighborhood was quiet and convenient, just around the corner from historical markers. We were there for a wedding so basically just slept here- location was convenient and snacks/coffee/tea/water bottles were greatly appreciated as we did not go to a store. Living room tiny but we weren’t hanging out all. Free parking a plus too. Hope to make it back to quaint St Augustine some day and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Well equipped cottage in quiet neighborhood minutes from historic center

Very comfortable cottage in a quiet neighborhood about 15 min walk from the historic center. Easy entry with a door code. Cottage is extremely clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and bath. Parking for one car. Excellent location for visiting the downtown sights. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Nice front porch for sitting with a book and a glass of wine in the sun.

Whole stay was excellent - no complaints. Like the entry says, the cottage is really only for 2 people max, and one car. But perfect for that!

Quiet hidden gem

Nice area with friendly neighbors. Close to everything!

Sofa was a little uncomfortable but the bed was fantastic! Coffee pot was a bit of a challenge I think a regular drip pot might work a little better

Christmas in St.Augustine.

Loved the house itself. Really nice location. I'm not in the best physical shape but I feel it was a very doable walk to the historic area.

There are a few design changes I would make if I lived there. The real only complaint is the sofa in the TV room is awful. Not comfortable at all. We just watched TV in the bedroom.

Sweet little place to call home for a couple days

This place was awsome and I definitely will have it on my first choice when we return to the area. Was clean and homey as well as being safe and quiet. Thanks for keeping a place like this rentable and reasonable for folks to stay at while in the area. Thanks again, Jay & Deb from West Branch, MI

A (small) St. Augustine Hidden Gem House

Location, Privacy, Full House appliances and amenities in a small house factor, clean place, button pad electronic lock, outside security, front patio with fans, very close to downtown & in a nice neighborhood area. Local breakfast join within a 3 min walk fron the house. Awesome if you are looking for a place to use for sleep/housing but don't want a motel/hotel or BNB.

Toilet angled weird so you can really directly sit on it, couldn't get office room tv to produce sound, sizing of rooms and utilities might not be for some people of larger bodies (coming from a broad guy myself)

The location was historical, quiet, and the neighbors very friendly 💞. We navigated the city easily and found many restaurants we hadn't visited on previous visits. The accomadations met our needs perfectly. The washer and dryer was a welcome conveinience as Well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would do it again without hesitation. Thank you
