Buena vista , muy céntrico

La vista era increíble

Los colchones están muy desgastados y no logramos un buen descanso , el piso estaba sucio y el resort en construcción, no tenía muchas zonas de estancia cómodas

Great resort , terrible beach policy…

Location, view, spacious condo

Beach chairs with umbrellas are lined up two rows deep early in the morning covering the entirety of the beachfront and you can’t get near or see the ocean for them unless you want to pay an extra fee, 60 dollars a day. We won’t be back because of that, ridiculous. Also told us about the construction going on, sounded like the building was getting a root canal, they should be made to tell people this when advertising.

Beautiful view

Mold in the master shower and the guest toilet was not hooked up to water and was leaking. Called VACASA to let them know at 9:30 pm. We didn’t get checked in and to the room until after 8 pm. Sent pictures through the app and still have not received a call or message about the stay. We were unable to use both bathrooms because the leaking toilet in one and then the moldy shower in the other.

Steps from the beach, 3 different pools, nice little Cafe and bar by pools and beach. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and the little soap, and detergents were appreciated but would have been nice to have a broom for all the sand they didnt sweep up and all the sand we tracked in through the week. View of the beach from balcony was beautiful as well.

Walls are paper thin so you hear everyone around you and im sure they can hear you as well. The big nice pool and hot tub close at sunset, didnt see it posted anywhere but that made us quit swimming all together. We all hated wearing an arm band for a week everywhere we went, that sounds silly but bright yellow doesnt appeal to everyone.

Condo and beach was great- stairwell to get to condo was not.

The actual condo was nice- it was the stairwell to get up and down from the condo I had issue with.

The stairwell had rats and cock roaches and smelled like garbage.

It wasn't enough room on the beach after the Resort put up their chairs and umbrella's for people like me that uses their own. So just not enough beach space

Took over a hour for someone that wasn’t busy to help us to give us a door code. The number on the pa paper give us numbers but no help. ☹️

Act like your a customer and call in around on the number you give to us around 4:00 pm on Monday and figure out your problem.

The location was great. The staff was friendly. The beaches were beautiful? We would stay here again!

The rooms could be updated alittle. Not enough carts for all the people coming and going.

The hall closet was full of old decorations. It would have been a place to hang clothes.

I had to call and ask for my code after arriving

The stove top burners did not work unless you Jimmied and shook them around... There was a cleaning rag or a used washcloth hanging on the shower rod ... There were short black hairs in the bedding

Fun when not at pelican beach

Front desk staff was rude. No clean towels delivered throughout week. To many threats of arrest or eviction when checking in. Pool closing at 7. People are there to relax and have fun. Many including me mentioned they will never stay at pelican beach again or recommend it

If you don't plan on staying in the hotel much and want a place close to the beach then it is good.

The location is beautiful and right next to the beach.

I didn't like the building. I felt it was old and unclean. I also felt the interior could be cleaned a bit better. I also did not like how early the pools close and the lack of providing beach towels.

Location, location, location. Staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Security was visible. They were also friendly, helpful and professional. Although this was a family friendly location, noise was at a minimum.

Decor - horrible. Carpet- needs replacing. Tile would be better. No washer and dryer in the apartment. Some towels didn't appear to be clean. The unit is dated.
