A perfect spot to base your family in the Mornington peninsula

The accommodation was beautiful, very clean and well presented. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were lovely and well supplied. It had amazing water views especially from the roof top terrace. The owners, who live on the lower level were friendly and very obliging, giving use of their awesome cinema room whenever required.

all in all this property facilities and host was perfect in every way. I cannot wait to return

the property is spacious comfortable and catered to every need. bang for buck very clean. very comfortable bed & 2 split systems to get the perfect temp you need all around. great views and the rooftop terrace facing the ocean was the cherry on top. i cannot wait to come back here again! Lucia is a fantastic host and made sure we were very comfortable and was there for us if we needed anything at any time. thank you again Lucia! see you soon 💖

Home away from home

Loved the effort Lucia has gone to, to make guests feel like they're walking into a home away from home. Everything you need to cook a meal in a very spacious and modern kitchen. Good quality products in the bathroom and hotel quality beds, bedding and comfort. It's private, secure and close to the beach and the little township.

Stay here you absolutely won't regret it.

Everything about this place is amazing! Absolutely loved the rooftop, theatre room, spacious living area and luxurious master bedroom. The cherry on top was how welcoming, friendly and helpful Lucia is she truly helped make our stay unforgettable and we can't wait to come back!

Fantastic, breathtaking views, loved the rooftop for drinks.

location, views of beach spectacular. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The theatre was amazing, rooftop bar awesome. BBQ top quality.

Only downer was check in, it was terrifying as no-one answered door for 20 mins and we thought we didnt have anywhere to stay after travelling 5 hours. Booking.com wouldnt even get back to us it was horrible, but we persisted on ringing doorbell and eventually someone answered and after we proved we had a booking were given keys. Turns out, the host thought we were arriving Friday not Thursday....so everything turned out fine, we loved our stay and would stay again. Lucia was amazing.

Fantastic hosts. Great location walking distance to beach cafes and bars. Comfortable living space and excellent rooftop deck and theatre room. The perfect getaway for our mother/daughter weekend 🤗

Friends getaway

Everything was great, the beds are comfortable, the view is wonderful and the house cinema experience was excellent.

There was nothing not to like, I just wouldn't recommend this house for those with kids if you want them to run around in the back, they can run around on the beach which is less than a 5 minute walk.
