The space and location was good.

There were various issues within the property. The rate per does not reflect the condition of the home. We had issues with the following: 1. Garage door was broken 2. There was a leak in the Refrigerator ice machine 3. The main Coat rack at Front doorway was broken and fell when you would hang a coat. 4. Bathroom at front door entrance had a leak at the sink. 5. The Dishes in the cabinets weren’t clean. 6. There was a Leak in window seal on bottom floor/pool table room 7. Some TV’s did not turn on as there were no batteries in the remotes 8. A Shower in middle floor bathroom was missing a showerhead. Would expel as a hose. 9. Provided toiletries were unsuitable 10. There was no door in shower of master bathroom 11. There was Hair inside shower of master bathroom 12. The Spare sheets in various closets were not laundered and thrown in the closet. 13. The Outdoor garbage bins were at maximum capacity, not allowing us to throw away our garbage. 14. The Front door lock would not lock securely. 15. The Game room blinds were broken. 16. The counter of the kitchen sink cracked while we tried to wash dishes

While we found the property's location to be ideal, boasting beautiful views, we were unfortunately let down by its upkeep. We would like to commend the Vacasa employee named Reed who did an excellent job cleaning up the outdoor area after an animal scattered trash across the driveway and yard. However, it was unfortunate that this incident occurred for two consecutive days.

The bathrooms, particularly the showers, felt dated and could benefit from modernization, including new shower heads. We also encountered an issue with the carpet in the master bathroom being sticky due to a beer spill. The entertainment amenities could do with an upgrade as well; the TVs are noticeably old, and the PlayStation 2 was not functioning optimally. In addition, it's worth noting that the game selection was predominantly geared toward adults. In the kitchen, we found some of the drawers and the refrigerator to be broken, which was inconvenient.
