The location is very good. It's close to great shopping and restaurants on 192, yet far enough away from theme park congestion. Nice landscaping, privacy and security. Josh was professional and tried really hard to address our problems but honestly, he was spread too thin between all of the other communities like Margaritaville and Bear Den.

This home should not be rented out until repairs and basic amenities are addressed. Everything was either broken or missing. Only half of the TV's would turn on and then didn't even work because they changed cable companies and the boxes weren't switched over or reprogrammed. Maintenance tried to help, brought some batteries the first day, admitted the problem was their switch to DirecTV, then never returned. Then the fuses kept blowing upstairs, rendering two bedrooms unusable without electricity. (Breaker would not reset). The oven and stove did not work until we physically pulled it from the wall, climbed behind it, and plugged it in (saw an old oven in the garage so this must have been a recent upgrade done poorly). We wasted $300+ in groceries because I could not prepare the meals, as planned. There were no cookie sheets, broiler, baking pans or even a pizza pan to cook on for the oven; nothing. We improvised using a glass baking dish then realized they didn't even have a potholder to remove it! (Had to use a bathroom towel). A couple of old, small frying pans were included but for a house that sleeps 18, it would be impossible to feed that many from a 12" warped skillet. They need to add a few mixing bowls and stock this kitchen with basic items that will accommodate a larger family. If you plan to cook here, bring your own bake ware, bowls, pans, and serving platters. There were FOUR drinking glasses in the cabinet and FOUR wine glasses. We had to buy plastic cups just to serve a meal at the table. The ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge was 'locked' so we just drank warm tap water the first day and a half. Called maintenance and they fixed it the second day. The coffee maker was broken and leaked coffee all over the counters and floor. Called maintenance, and they brought another coffee maker later that day, which by then, defeated the purpose of morning coffee.

The ice maker didn’t work, But they brought us ice, garbage can in kitchen too small, hot water had issues more than once but was resolved, something to do with a switch outside. Not enough towels, should hv separate pool towels. Some beds are quite low. Shag rug in living room felt unclean, just the idea, almost stepped on a lost tack from previous guest/crew. 4 beds under twins, none had sheets/ blankets or pillows. If they were extra still should hv been able to use. Sheets were delivered.
