Nice space that was perfect for our needs

The space was perfect for our needs. I enjoyed being on the quieter end of the island. It allowed us to more easily explore restaurants on Stock Island. Although located near the airport, the sound did not bother us. The balcony was great to enjoy the breeze.

The location next to the garbage shoot was noisy. I might have chosen a different unit for that reason. I wish there had been some minimal kitchen items such as salt and pepper and coffee filters. I also wish there had been written instructions as to laundry machine location.

mostly pleasant

good location

the main door lock program was never solved, attempted several fixes. had to use a conventional key. when your flight lands and it’s 11:00 pm it would be nice to get into the condo. waiting hrs to gain access.

overall, better than expected, though still fairly costly for distance from downtown.

clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, convenient location. Quiet .

no washer dryer in unit as advertized. Old shower heads. Difficult entry at first to our room.

Uber costs roughly $18 each way to downtown. Upstairs neighbors were partying until 2am the threw bottles over the balcony

Great place would recommend.

Great location, parking was never a issue. The property was clean and well stocked. Price seems high once all the fees and taxes are factored in, but as our first vacation with a young child, we felt we needed a kitchen so we didn't have to buy every meal. Ended up saving up us a good deal.

The washer/ dryer combo didn't work. After a 45 min phone call with vacasa, we finally got through to someone who would research and csi us back. Turns out the unit is being replaced, so owners are aware of issue, but we weren't told in advance. It's likely something that others wouldn't have noticed, but with a potty- training- toddler in tow, we were banking on washing the dirty laundry. I consider it satisfactorily resolved, since we did get a refund that would cover the cost of laundry elsewhere, plus extra for the inconvenience. Overall, I would still stay there again, and would recommend it!

Sheets on bed ripped a bit. Difficult locating.
