The rooms were very clean. It was close to the Beach

The ceiling around the vents was coming down in the family room and the kitchen. We had a late checkin and didn’t feel safe because we couldn’t tell if the lock on the door worked. The screen door was stuck. The screens around the porch were broken. The internet went out and we couldn’t get it back on. We checked out the next day. We did not have a host to contact. We would call the 800 number and wait for at least an hour to speak with someone. We still have yet to receive a refund for the days we did not stay and our cleaning fee.

The dock into the marsh could have been easier to use.

The house was well-kept up with plenty of fun places to hang out with our family of 6. There was a pretty space to eat meals by the windows, watch movies at night, read a book in the sunroom overlooking the intercoastal waterway, or watch the sun set from a rooftop deck. The time spent in the house felt as much like vacation time as on the beach.

The main refrigerator had just been repaired, but was still not working. Thankfully, they had brought in several other smaller refrigerators as a replacement so it worked out ok.

Rooftop deck! Covered and screened in porch with ceiling fans. Outdoor shower and hose for cleaning off after beach. Plenty of under house storage area for gear. Perfect location on Folly!

House layout is unique with 2 bedrooms that you have to walk through to get to back living room. Not bad, just need to plan for privacy if you want it.

Location!!!! More than enough room for our family of 9. Loved 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped.

The house needs some maintenance. Screens on porch doors were not attached. There was no instruction provided with TV and many remotes. Only one remote to work both TVs.
