Great!

The host was really friendly and available. Respose time was phenomenal. Enough beds for 3 couples traveling together. Has microwave and big refrigerator/freezer combo. Backyard has darts game which you can play to kill time.

Only con was there is only 1 restroom.

Great location, great host, quiet place and not far from where you need to be in LA !

Avi the owner has been a great host. Our plane was total 8h hours delay and Avi welcomed us in the middle of the night. Great and safe location, quiet and close from busy Hollywood at the same time. charming little studio with access to the garden. It was unfortunately raining in LA so couldn’t enjoy it as much but we had a great time at the village !

Clean, quiet, minimal but ok.

There was no breakfast. Kitchenette but coffee maker did not work. Had to get food to eat.

Shower was nice. Rest of bathroom was small and uncomfortable.

The space met all of our needs. Avi is a stellar host.

This was a good size studio. I was very appreciative of the full- size fridge. The backyard garden space is lovely. This was a comfortable space to be in with my adult son. I used the couch bed (I'm on the small side) and he used the bed. The location was perfect for our needs to be near family in the Northridge area. Avi was super responsive to questions and addressed any needs. He was always pleasant and courteous.

Calm and simple place to stay

Very patient and pleasant host. Friendly and ready to help. Free parking near the house. TV, kitchen, microwave, utensils, towels - all were in the right place.

The room itself had not so new furniture, was not very clean. Very strange that the natural gas has to be supplied by the host himself, not by us.

Great room. Great location.

Avi is a great host and was very responsive with anything we needed. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our entire stay. having our own space was a blessing in hindsight since after spending the day sight seeing and searching for parking it was nice to have a spot ready and available at The Village. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when I come to LA!

Great place

I liked that it was fully stocked, kitchen had microwave, plug in stove, Keurig but bring your own inserts, it had plates and utensils, even sponge and dish soap, big refrigerator, big backyard. This 2 bedroom suite has a shared wall with the main house but still private. Your own entrance. Felt safe, three beds total. One bathroom with shower/tub. Had tvs in the rooms, sign in to your own stream service and don't forget to sign out. Owner was kind and responded to my messages in a timely manner.

Quiet neighborhood with a great location. Comfortable beds. Nice yard. Great off street parking. Avi is a great host. Very helpful and friendly but not the least bit overbearing. We needed a couple of forms printed and he graciously offered to help.

Definitely have this place bookmarked for future visits

Came to visit my sister who lives in LA. Was my first visit to the city and couldn't have found a better stay. Host made checkin process smooth and easy and was very available to answer any questions. The backyard was a chill place to have a morning cup of coffee. The room had a great little kitchen that got some good use. The bed was comfy and the room was private. The neighborhood was quite and safe. All around great value place

Nice home stay in a good location with a great garden to relax in. Good communication from host.

Avi is a great host and communication with him is really straightforward. We really loved sitting out in the garden, with fresh figs from the tree. Rooms are absolutely as described, location is great for Studio City, Melrose, Hollywood etc. Any questions or services (like recommendations or ironing/laundry) Avi helped us immediately. Make sure you walk round the corner to the Great Wall of Los Angeles (a mural history of the US)

Excellent location

Avi was welcoming and he made sure we were comfortable. All was very clean and the garden nice and quite. The area was safe and a big choice of cafe and restaurant nearby.

Avi was a great and welcoming host. He was warm and approachable and made sure we were comfortable and let us know to reach out to him if we needed anything.

Very nice place, all clean and fully equipped kitchen. The owner is more than kindly and helpful. The best, just 10 minutes ride by car to Universal Studios. This place is for LA sightseeing highly recommended.

Awesome stay. We loved it!

Bed and pillows were very comfy. Kitchen was well organized. Parking was easy and very close to entrance. The host is very nice guy. Location is very close to Universal Studios.

Bathtub may use a non-slip mat.
