The location was great

Too long of response to fix issues at the property.The lower bedroom had no blinds or curtains on French doors.pots and pans weee not suitable for family. Television service has 3 channels and was reported but not repaired or fixed. The refrigerator leaked on floor and in fridge. House was not properly cleaned before our stay. For the price of stay we were really disappointed. Sofa was colored with stain and kitchen chairs were unstable also the rocking chairs on front porch were broke.

The only positive thing was that it was close to town and there was easy access to restaurants and local attractions.

Broken microwave. Filthy, stained and damaged furniture. Uncomfortable beds. No privacy. No WiFi. Damaged fireplace that made a terrible screeching noise. Broken pool sticks which they did replace. Poor parking. Pictures were misleading and looked much different than the actual property. Neighbors screaming, yelling, with loud music and no one from the property would help. Was just told to call the cops. Paid way too much for this low quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The property is clean check in and out is very easy and quick love the fact that they have a app you down loaded with all check in and out information since staff isn’t very knowledgeable when u call. Do not recommend for a business trip unless you have internet access all cabins do not offer internet access make sure if this before you book.

After spending over 2,000 i at least expected to have internet connection as advertised there was no internet access the rails on the balcony were very weak prolly from the termite damage to the balcony wood. Staff was not so helpful with any questions during our stay this place is nice but is not worth the price and the view sucked
