It was a charming home with an added hut for BBQs and such. The design was modern, yet comfortable. It was spacious enough for my family of 9 while still cozy and intimate. The house was clean and most things looked new. Most of all, the team was helpful which made our stay even more pleasant. My daughter broke a coffee mug and the owner was kind enough not to charge us.

I’m not familiar with Ipoh so am not sure about the location. It was scenic and right in front of the lake, but far from the activities that we had planned (Lost World of Tambun and white water rafting in Gopeng). But this isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

The fact that it was pet friendly. As well as the fact that everything one might need was available. Obviously a lot of thought had been put into furnishing the place.

clear communication from owner/management, and easy process to "check in". Communication started on the day, and keeping abreast of the progress.

We had 2 cars, 1 pick up and 1 SUV. the porch area is a bit tight for 2 cars. Luckily there are plenty of road side parking outside of the unit, not congested.

Location is quite near to town but rather hidden. The homestay is very clean & spacious with a projector screen. Kitchen well equipped, WiFi very strong.

The photos on Booking.com are not accurate. That wooden hut was just the bbq area & a conference room, across the road from the actual homestay, We were looking forward to staying in a wooden chalet. We totally did not use it as it was not as expected.

the host is extremely welcoming and we even got to check in earlier.. the place is huge and clean although the toilet is a bit small.. everything is well prepared like the kitchen utensils.. wooden hut for bbq.. filtered way by coway.. apple tv.. Disney+ and Netflix.. bed is comfortable as well.. good shower water pressure.. aircond was easily ventilated until whole living room or bedroom to cold.. big living room.. big parking space.. friendly neighborhood.. this easily deserve 10/10 or more..

maybe just the fan a bit too small?? living room also no fan.. but it's air-conditioned.. but that's because personally I would prefer to open just the fan and not aircond..

The property is clean and well-arrangement for enough 13 pax. Surrounding is quite and fresh with plants and trees. Feeling like go back tom hometown. It's good to separate BBQ place and house. Our group enjoy staying there.
