Very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Close to Nishikujo Station and convenience store. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Really nice experience! Will definitely stay here again next time.

It's one station away from USJ Osaka and one station away from the JR Loop line so going anywhere was super convenient for my trip.

the most spacious bunk we’ve had so far. great amount of space to sleep and to store belongings. we stayed to go to universal studios and the location couldn’t have been better! great common/ cooking area!

Very friendly staff and nice clean facilities.

The place is a walking distance from the station. Quiet environment and the toilets are always clean!

Our next door rooms were a bit noisy. The walls are thin so we can hear them plug / unplug chargers and they were constantly doing it. The other had kids eho were already running around at 7AM.

It was a very good place, but because of the uncomfortable situation, it made me feel a little uncomfortable the first Night.

Staff were extremely accommodating and provided early access to facilities. Room was well sized and comfortable. The nearby shuttle bus to the Onsen was a bonus.

The staff didn’t seem genuine and it definitely doesn’t have a hostel feel among guests or staff.

Definitely no hostel feel and staff and management are very cliquish and don’t seem genuine. I extended my stay three times (10 days total) and on my last evening I was taking a late night bus so paid for an extra day to rest. As I was leaving, the staff hovered around the reception area and when I turned in my check out file and keys the manager commented that I didn’t put the right “available” sticker back on the bunk and gave a snarky attitude about it. I am a female solo traveling at night about to leave to walk to the bus stop at USJ. The last thing I would expect after an extended stay is a rude and definitely unnecessary remark from the house manager after I was a very quiet clean guest. Most importantly, I paid for an entire night and I was checking out EARLY (night before) so technically the bunk isn’t available until 11am the next day and she shouldn’t have made that comment. All on top of the fact that the staff was very cliquish and wouldn’t really speak to you unless they had to. They pretty much treat it like it’s their own house share and the “paying” guests are unwanted guests. Pretty much ruined what would otherwise be a very good stay. Unless you are staying only to go to USJ, I wouldn’t bother as there is almost nothing to do unless you go take the train or travel at least 30 mins or more on foot or bike. It’s not the greatest area for activities other than USJ.

Sound insulation of the room isn't so good. It could get loud when someone is talking or walking around in the corridor and neighboring rooms.
