Excellent stay for family in posh location

Very friendly owner. She offered pasta for my kids when we arrived. The basement suit with kitchen is very open and natural light. It's like a studio apartment. All necessary stuff

Bed was broken and Jenny was able to make some temporary arrangements to make that work. Will need some change.

The place is so clean , the host so friendly and very convenient place to go to everywhere’s. The place is also very quiet and the views is so amazing, who’s ever planing to stay they’ll love the place

Facilities okay, really weird policies

That bedding was very nice

I did not like being expected to leave my shoes out in the snow overnight for several days in a row

Comfortable and warm...almost everything that we needed.

There was no breakfast...,but provision for one to store, & actually prepared food, if you brought it with you. It was very clean, very modern, generally very comfortable. The location was fine for our purposes..and we achieved what we wanted to , while we were there.

There was no breakfast... we had requested a ground floor level unit, but never did get a response..and so for two old seniors mobility challenged...it was a challenge getting upstairs. Had we known this we would never have booked there.. However, since we were there, we felt obliged & obligated to take it. The Host greeted us at the door...was very abrupt...nothing friendly at all..just showed us "the ropes"...and promptly left never to be seen again. We were required to leave our shoes 'OUTSIDE"..in the cold...& that was awkward. They did not have a shoehorn, to assist elderly with putting on their shoes. Other than that, it was quiet... we unfortunately could not be supplied with a card table... and there was no desk to work at...which made it awkward for us, in what we were doing. The room was fine...all was there that we needed, save for the fact that we had to go purchase towels. Normally at any BNB, unless stated, towels are supplied. No bath mats...and certainly not suited for anyone with handicaps. Would I go back there again.???..no..no..no.. We enjoy friendly, welcoming hosts... we felt very insecure, wondering what would happen if we broke a single rule . The host could see that we were struggling with our luggage, as handicapped Seniors, but , he simply vanished s soon as he had given us the key. Its a very lovely home, with very lovely appointments...and very , very clean. hanks, but no thanks...we appreciate friendly accommodating hosts.
