A bit of disappointment.

The view of Mt. Mayon is clearly seen in the resort.. Surrounding is clean.

There is no amenities inside the room. Outlets are place on high levels of the walls, specially in family room so it’s really hard to use. AC is not working well, thankfully there is heavy rain that day when we arrived so we just leave the window open. Since family room is made of aluminum it’s very hot inside. There’s no table so all of our things are just placed on the floor. Space is very small. We still need to go to reception to get hot water. And the restaurant nearby food servings is not okay. Staffs are not attentive.

I like the nature vibe and the how the accommodations are situated.

The view from our villa is so nice can see the mt mayon very well.

Our room a bit hot its made up of steel it like a cargo container..

The place is decent and relaxing but with the price we paid, we could've just booked in a hotel.

The most thing I like about the place is their restaurant, Kusina Zebra. The meals are so good, not that pricey and the staff are all accommodating. I also like our room, though it's small but it's enough for me and my husband. It is clean, decent and I felt comfortable sleeping. I also like the quietness of the place and the landscape, very relaxing.

Wifi - slow, not recommended for those who are working remotely. I had to use my phone's mobile hotspot so I can join the meeting and it's faster than their wifi. No hot and cold shower in our room. We have to endure the cold water especially in the morning. The shower's nozzle is so weird that the water is sprayed out in different direction that it's hard to rinse yourself. No tv in our room. No free breakfast given the rate of the room. When I booked, it show's that the amount I had to pay in the property is around 3800 only but when we checked in, there is a hidden charge and it's total to 4800+.

Very instagrammable and quiet place for staycation

The landscape were amazingly curated. Quiet place to do staycation. Nice theming Very instagrammable

We stayed in a room very unappropriate for senior 🥲 but we'll book the one without stairs next time 😉 There were no kettle to heat water. Didn't provide toiletries The room door frame is no longer in good shape. Lighting in the washroom was dark. Restaurant signage ia not visible.

It’s a nice place for a retreat. Staff are very welcoming and helpful! It’s a little bit pricey but worth the price.

Beautiful - Family trip

We had traveled with 27 pax (family) who stayed there. One of the best and best places we have visited. 10/10 Vibe, place well maintained, quiet, environment-friendly, it beautiful. East to checking and checkout. Parking place available. Restaurant good. But the place is a wow for pictures and to stay. We hope we will visit again .

NO HOT WATER - EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT. Never again.

Village looked very nice from the outside. Also good location.

Staff is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They add lots of extra charges and don't know the concept of guest friendliness. English level is very poor. Restaurant is not stocked properly, and they lacked most of their menu options, also food quality was pretty low. NO HOT WATER. The shower is not closed so the whole toilet was flooded. Airco makes lots of noise and it's pretty bad. We will never come back.

Superb

My Husband and I love the place, it's pretty, the designs are so cool and we love the tribal theme. We were very lucky as the Mayon Volcano was erupting during our stay. Also, the place have a great viewing point were we stayed all night watching the beauty of the Volcano erupting. We will stay again for sure one day.

the location and the sorrounding are good but should improve with basic facilities and provide basic consumables

the sorrounding is beautiful and the location is close to the tourist spots

the room lacks function and comfort especially the superior room. No cabinets, no shelves, not even hooks to hang clothes and stuff. It was very inconvenient that i wanted to buy furnitures and hooks while i was staying in the room to get by. Not enough toiletries, not even hand towels, slippers and basic stuff. If they are being environmental, it doesnt need to be that lacking with basic stuff, and more information should have been given in the booking apps so we could have come prepared.

The staff are not accommodating, they didn't assist us until I ask them if they still busy. Their amenities are different from what it says on the website. We choose deluxe room but no tv no toiletries like what it says on their website. Ac is not that cold so we suffer from hot we complain about it but they still not fix it. Our experience is really disappointing. And the price is expensive.

My stay at Your Brothers House Tribal Village made me go back to my roots.

We love the food choices, the taste, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The ambiance in the dining area were relaxing.

Some of the food in the menu were no longer available on our next dine in. We love the food really :)

The best accommodation in Legazpi, trust me.

The theme, facilities, the Resto serves great set of dishes. Everything.

Nothing really, I guess due to the ventilation of the Nipa Huts, the air-cons will have tremendous difficulty in keeping the temperature cold and might cause the hotel to have high electricity bills.

We’ve enjoyed our stay with the family. We will recommend to others.

Smooth flow of checking IN and checking OUT. Food is good and recommendable. Nice ambiance and relaxing native accommodation.

No place to hang clothes in the Room. Slow wifi connection. No other tv channel available. It would be better if they could provide cable tv in all rooms as others are only staying inside after roaming around. Hope they could add one more swimming pool so alot can be accommodated instead of waiting.

Amazing place to stay for a few days!

No hot water at the shower for the buget double rooms, but that's a very minor downside for me, considering the price was also good and everything else was great
