Convenient location, great facilities, loved the wood fire pizza oven, a shame we were only there one night.

So much to like. Only constructive feedback I would give as there isn’t an option here is that all staff should adhere to the same advice/rules. We had a lovely receptionist tell use we were last to book spa so didn’t have to rush our exit. Told us it was fully private and for us to enjoy. So we did. Then the night manager came In exactly 1hr after and told us to get out. He did not announce his arrival and I was fully naked. Never been so embarrassed in all my life.

We actually loved it. The only reason I gave 9 it’s because we had to have walk to the bathrooms. We were traveling couple but I would say that it’s great place to stay with kids as well. Room was very spacious and had everything that we needed for one night. Vibes reminded me a bit of accommodations in Poland at Masurian Lakes, so we really felt great over there!

Next to our room there was toilette however it was very often occupied by our neighbors. Extra toilette over there would be great!

Location was excellent, close to shops, bars and amenities. 20 minutes from Doubtful Sound Departure point at Manapouri. Spacious room with A/C. Good laundry equipment.

Loved our stay! A great spot to visit the glowworm caves and Milford sound. We also enjoyed using the spa!

Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Excellent location. Hot tub and sauna were lovely.
