Fantastic & memorable

Recently, my family of four and I stayed at Mestre Agusto Pousada. After our long journey through South America, we discovered that it was the perfect place to recharge, relax, and take in the beauty of the bay and islands before heading home. I must say, it exceeded our expectations. Despite its small size, the hotel felt incredibly special, as the service and attention provided were exquisitely tailored to our needs in a truly unique way. We were absolutely charmed with every aspect, starting from the exceptional location. The decor was stunning, and even when it rained, the grounds took on a magical ambiance. To D. Flavia, Sr. Vinicious, Para, Carlos, George, Flavinha, Mauricio, massage practitioners and Gabi(apologies if I forgot someone), I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for taking such good care of my family, especially my occasionally grumpy teenage daughter, and for creating lasting memories of a truly remarkable family holiday. Obrigada por tudo. P.S.: I still find myself dreaming about the incredibly delicious homemade cakes we enjoyed for breakfast; they were simply delightful.

The hosts welcoming treatment made the whole difference in our stay. One of the best services!

The staff was the most hospitable I've ever met. They did absolutely everything they could to make us feel welcome. We are vegans, and although they didn't have vegan options on their menu they took custom orders and made some of the most delicious vegan dishes. The breakfast was fresh and well served. I can't say enough how wonderful they were the entire time we were there.

I have nothing to complain about - if there was something I surely can't remember now :)

Cute but Overpriced

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean except for the swimming pool.

It was expensive for what it was. The property, albeit clean, was a bit tired and weathered. There should have been a welcoming drink and complimentary water in the rooms for the price that was being charged.

Amazing!

Beautiful and unique view and decoration. The staff is very polite. You can do many activities there since the facilities are gorgeous and very comfortable.

All the food have a similar flavor 😞 same condiment on every dish. Boring. But amazing Caipirinhas.

Beautiful, small and friendly pousada. Rexommended

Small, only a few rooms, great view, pool and access right to the water. Kayaks and SUP available to use free. Very friendly helpful staff, have contacts to help you arrange any. Oat trips. Good contact before arrival. This place was paradise…… when it is sunny. Not too much to do when the weather is bad.

This is not the fault of the pousada but we were unlucky with the weather, cold and wet. There is not much to do when the weather is like this. The only downing and breakfast options were outside (although sheltered) It would have been nice if they had some blankets to use for a little more warmth when dining or lounging so I didn’t have to rush back to my room to warm up again.

excellent stay and amazing service!

amazing and very charming pousada with friendly staff, excellent food, amazing views and lots of time to chill or discover nearby islands. we loved our stay there!!

not much. the neighbours (locals living there next to the pousada) are a bit loud and loce to party it seems. the music was sometimes very loud, but that‘s not the Pousada‘s fault.

A perfect place for a peaceful romantic getaway.

Beautiful idillic setting. Very intimate with few guests. Very attentive and friendly staff. Lovely comfy bed. Amazing views. Loved it!

Lovely staff, perfect location

Location! Right on the water. Great staff. (Limited English, but if you’ve made it this far you’ll be fine) lovely breakfasts.

Driveway was a little hard to find. Lots of stairs, but that comes with being on the water here. Would recommend a Wi-Fi upgrade. I think people could stay longer if they were confident they could do video calls from here.
