Congested small space, poorly maintained.

That they allowed me to bring pet dog

Bookings.com website showed different picture to what I had booked. I had previously been to the cabin park to visit friends on seperate occasion and had no idea I had booked a dodgy old bus hidden in the back corner of the park to stay in. It’s was only 34 oc which is mild for this area in its warm months and the bus was hot, poorly insulated and smelt like grease.

Very comfortable stay, will certainly stay again when in Whyalla

Size of cabin was amazing, 2 bedroom both with king size beds. Pub next door did beautiful meals

Great stay and would recommend!

Nice size cabin.

All pretty good, just needs a bit of updating and few extra kitchen wares i.e. pots, pans and utensils.

Excellent Property but need more security

Property location was good. . Very clean. Staff was great . Amenities were good .

The property doesn’t have a main gate and anyone can enter the property . Both night we saw a suspicious person sneaking into our cars. Wasn’t comfortable the whole night. Made a complaint at reception next day but seems they knew about these activities and were not bothered. So be cautious

Whyalla Tourist Park a good option for a short stay

The location was very good. The staff were very friendly. The accommodation was good and suited our needs. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were very big in size!

The facilities were a little dated and some maintenance and repairs would be worthwhile.

Friendly staff and easy checkin. Cabin very clean and spacious. Well equipped and in quiet location. Having hotel right next door was very convenient for meals etc.

Spacious cabin & comfortable bed. Good parking & check in was easy.

Our cabin smelt like someone had been cooking in there just before we checked in. The hair dryer didn't work properly and was taped up so settings couldn't be changed.

Exceptional

Carparking in between the cabins could be bigger as we had a 4wheel drive and it made it hard to get out of the car. Other than that the rest was perfect. Thanks

The units are well located and a short walk to the adjacent hotel for an excellent bistro meal. It was very peaceful at night even though it is situated on the Lincoln Highway surprisingly there was no traffic noise to disturb sleep.

Only complaint was the mattress on the bed could have been more comfortable and there were no towel rails so we had to hang our towels on the balcony outside to dry

We needed to reschedule our booking due to unforeseen health issues. When we arrived, we found our room had been upgraded free of charge! Always a pleasure staying here 😀

The beds were comfortable Bath room was clean

Carpets in the bedrooms were dirty Some pillow covers had white stuff Couch in the living area was old and dirty

Never again.

Not a lot to be honest, I liked how I had a parking space.. that was about it

I didn't like how booking.com told me it was $79 dollars and then I got charged $130 and then the receptionist spoke bluntly and how our cabin looked nothing like the photos. Definitely won't be staying again

Disappointing

we had no railings to get up the 2 steps to get into the cabin hence I fell backwards on the steps and broke my wrist in 4 places dissatisfied railings were not put in noticed most other cabins had them

Exceeded my expectations.

One of the biggest cabins I've stayed for the same price as other locations. Clean and comfortable. Staff and check in were great. Will stay again.
