The hostess was wonderful, very nice and helpful. The location was very close to the main area of town.

Lovely kitchen we could use, staff friendly and location good.

The room, bathroom, and kitchen area were pristinely cleaned before we arrived. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat a meal (including coffee!). The bathroom is very spacious and the room had a television with lots of watch options (and it swiveled so we could see it on either bed) and cold A/C as well as a ceiling fan. There was a great porch swing where we hung out and read or had coffee or cocktails. The staff was awesome and extremely helpful anytime we needed anything. Location was close to tons of restaurants, shops, the market, and walkable to Cahal Pech and many other sites.

When I booked, there were some features of the hotel that didn't end up being available during our stay (the rooftop terrace, rum tastings, etc), which was disappointing. They were working on bringing those back and construction was happening on the rooftop while we were there, so hopefully coming soon!

The hot water from the shower is not stable

Location was great…edge of downtown…I walked everywhere. there is a shared kitchenette…I hadn’t realized. good for a family to book. Washroom was big. AC and fan were MUCH appreciated!

Would have found hooks in and more racks in the bathroom to hang towels, clothes etc.

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable with strong wifi.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Very easy to access downtown, restaurants, and the farmers market on foot. We enjoyed spending time on the elevated patio watching birds and passersby while listening to the bustling village. Lively, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

We would have loved to learn about some of the on-site amenities prior to our trip. We learned about a lovely cooking class, but we had already set our agenda before arriving. We’ll keep it in mind for next time!!

Clean rooms with AC. Nice shower and kitchen facilities. Wonderful balcony area.

Property was tricky to find. Few road signs and one way streets. The building name is not the name of the hitel. This doesn’t really detract from the property, you just need to know where you are going beforehand.

I liked the town, the place, and the hosts exceptionally cordial.

Wifi was quick. Place was spacious and clean. Drinking water was provided along with all utensils you'd need for cooking

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall our 2 bedroom apartment was a little quirky (in a good way), reminded me of staying in an older European building. Big bathrooms! AC worked great for the bedrooms.

The kitchen area is a little clumsy as far as storage and counter space. There were a few minor hiccups as they were just trying to get going again after COVID.

Big room, silent, good mattress, huge roof terras, kitchen for use, drinking water available, good location.
