the service was 100! we revived great help from Alice who assisted us with payment and transport and John who was on board! they made everything so smooth and amazing! the service all over was great and special! deffo recommend this cruise! it is very new

fabulous stay

Fantastic cruise from start to finish. As soon as I’d booked, Helen got in touch straight away to sort out the transport, she was super helpful and kept in touch during our stay. Transport was great, lovely VIP bus with a tv and reclining seats. We took a smaller boat to the cruise which took about 30 minutes and was lovely to go through Halong bay. The cruise itself was wonderful, the cruise manager Happy was delightful and made the experience feel really personalised. The food onboard was great, buffet lunches and breakfast and an a la carte dinner. Rooms were spacious and clean with a nice balcony. All the activities were fun and well organised, we did Kayaking twice, swimming in the sea, fishing, and we enjoyed drinks at sunset on the deck. There was also a short cooking class or karaoke in the evening. Facilities onboard were great, a nice pool, a putting green, gym, sunbathing deck and bar.

wifi was a little shaky, only worked on the 5th floor, but this is expected on a cruise

Exceptional

The whole experience was just amazing. Definitely made us fell in love with Vietnam and its people! From the moment you step on the boat until the very end we felt very welcome and comfortable. Special shout out to the the crew who are exceptional at their job, has an immaculate attention to detail, and so friendly and welcoming!

Best in Halong Bay

Loved the cruise. We arranged a pickup with them from the airport. It was perfectly on time and clean. Once in the cruise, it was amazing. Luxurious, good food, very good hospitality. Rooms were good, very comfortable and clean.

The Best Cruise in Ha Long Bay! 🌴🌊

Really love the scenic view from inside room and appreciate relaxing at small balcony. Awesome facilities, great staff, delicious food. The dinner service was like eating an expensive course meal at a restaurant. Special shoutout to Mr. Happy, the cruise manager, for the awesome work! Would really recommend this cruise to my friends and family. Til next time!

luxury cruise with comfy bed and good food

Very helpful staff, especially ms Alice, who made sure we felt comfortable at all times. Room was big and tidy, we had our best sleep in Vietnam, beautiful views on Halong bay in the morning. Food was delicious, drinks resonably priced (beer 2€, cocktails 6€, cola 1.5€) and we loved kayaking & squid fishing (almost got 1!).

Incredible service, incredible experience

The staff were lovely and would go out their way to help in any way that they could. The facilities in the boat were great, and the room was clean and comfy. The activities were great aswell with lots to choose from.

Superb

The organisation was excellent. Alice Nguyen coordinated everything beautifully. The cocktails were great, the food too - with special catering to meet our dietary requirements :-) Special attention was given to us as we celebrated our 20 years since we met - all in all, we had a beautiful romantic stay to remember 😊

The boat is in a very good state and everything, including the rooms, is very clean and well maintained.

The checkout and departure are too early to call it a 2 day cruise. In the end, you spend less than 23 hours on the boat. This however probably applies to most Ha Long cruises.

Amazing cruise experience with lovely staff!

Alex and Mr. Happy and the rest of the staff made this an amazing cruise. They are very hard working and do everything they can to make the cruise a great experience for each passenger. Alex really went above and beyond. The food was so delicious and over the top, way above expectations. Dinner was a 5 course meal and they made sure we didn’t leave hungry. We also had a beautiful flute performance. Rooms were beautiful, the ship is only 7 months old. The staff continuously mops the floor and wipes surfaces throughout the duration of the stay so it feels very clean. The hot tub and shower in our room was wonderful, and there was endless amounts of hot water.

There is a slight smell of sewer in the hallways of the rooms on the second floor. You can tell they try to compensate for it with a lot of fresh scent but you can still smell it slightly.

Amazing room ( we got a free upgrade to the royal VIP suite), attentive staff and beautiful location

Fantastic Staff and modern, clean boat.

the staff were amazing, and so helpful when booking. Alex and the rest of the crew on board were great and the ship is very modern, clean and looked better than most other ships we sailed past. 3 day/2 night trip was excellent, the one night trip would have been a little rushed.

It was an exceptional stay and we loved the tour. The pickup convenience was good and the coach was very comfortable. Rooms were very good and the staff were friendly. Special thanks for taking care of our dietary restrictions on board for every meal.

The staff attitude fell towards the end of the trip. It would have been better if there was more clarity on kayaking tour locations. We had planned to do it in the morning but it was too early and extremely cold. We would have loved to do it the day before. Biggest problem was the reduced time in the actual cruise because we got access to the rooms only by 2 pm and were asked to check out by 10 am already. I did not pay for that. We should have full access as per the check in, check out time.

Wise choice !!!

Truly stunning service and I am really satisfied with my choice. From the begin I did some researchs and knew this is one of the newest cruise in Halong. A bit 50/50 but it is totaly worthy and glad to make a right choice. The sales team - Lisa @ Nelly are truly amazing and kind to make my trip so smooth. From the first day till the time our trip s completed , they always wanted to check if everything was alright with us during the entire trip. Massive admire to handsome Alex for being very helpful.

Rita Cruise Top Choice for chilling and selfie place for GenZ

Beautiful cruise & people ! I and my boyfriend enjoyed alot. I really like the pool view in the early morning and many perfect selfie conners on Rita Cruise. Felt like I could take a great picture anywhere on boat. Took ton of pictures lately and surely recommend to my Genz friends.

Very poor

Staff are not helpful especially the 2 males managers working on the cruise. Promise to help you but at the end totally forgot about my request despite several reminders. Bathroom floor flooded after every shower. Drainage not good. Food are not fantastic for the price you pay for. Only few activities and never starts on time. There are better cruise with top services in halong bay area. TV in the room is only for decorating ( Not working)

Best trip so far

We had a trip with Rita Cruise, gotta say this is one of the best cruise so far. We had booked in last minute but the cruise had supported us so much. The best thing we found with Rita cruise was the hugh swimming pool. The food was delicious, the staffs were very friendly, specially the chef. The room was clean and so nice, we were impressed by the size. Unfortunately we only had 2 days to spend time on the cruise so really hope to be back in the future!!!

Quality Trip

Our cabin has a beauty full open view with private balcony. Room in general is clean with comfy bed. Foods were outstanding and my partner really liked the dinner

Rita Cruise! Once a lifetime!

It is like love at the first sight! We just love everything about it, most hospitable crew members we’ve ever met, luxurious room with incredible view of the bay, amazing food, joyful cooking class and unforgettable chill-out on sundeck with best cocktails ever! The only regret was that I booked for only 1 night, should have been 2 nights! That’s ok! We will definitely come back next time for longer trip and bring out big family to join you guys. Number 1 service

Couldn’t ask for more after our lovely stay. Staff from the office to cruise member are all very nice and helpful. Our booking was at very last minute but it was well arranged which s really impressive during this touch time in Halong. Very good management for the itinerary timing even it was a but rush for my wife but fine by me. Brilliant dinner and friendly waitresses were always ready to serve and asked it nicely to make sure we having a good meal. Our cabin s situated on 2nd floor so it s got a good view and very quiet.

Excellent trip from the begin to the end of our trip. Everybody on boat are very attentive, young and enthusiasm. We found out the property facilities are superior than other options around from our research before the trip. The KTV room s a surprise and we really like it but would love to have more Uptodated English song. Nevertheless great trip and we r satisfied with our cabin, all meal on boat and the ideal cruise itinerary.
