Nice place to stay

Clean rooms, great location, plenty of parking, and great staff.

Hot tub was not working and treadmill was broken tread was slipping.

Very clean, comfortable, well maintained facility with cheerful, helpful staff.

We expected a run of the mill "motel" but everything was clean and well maintained. This may sound silly, but the shower was the best we had experienced so far on our multi stop journey. The morning breakfast featured omelets freshly made for each guest. The facility and staff was very pleasant.

Nothing comes to mind, the facility exceeded our expectations.

Great place.

nice clean, employees where so friendly. Also enjoyed the friendliness among the employees seemed they really liked their jobs and working with each other. Really enjoyed having made to order omelets very nice.

Location for shops and restaurants.

Hot tub was not working. The sauna did not get as hot as it should have.

Breakfast excellent, personnel very friendly and accommodating.

Bed too rolling for 2 people, need mattresses updated, can't turn over quietly. Commode way too short for anyone over 5' , would be great for small children..not so good for taller, older adults.

loved our stay. Will definitely stay there again

The made to order omelettes were fantastic, and certainly several steps up from the usual breakfast you get at a hotel. The young man who made the omelettes was friendly and efficient. The entire hotel was very clean, staff was wonderful.

Pretty good stay

I liked that the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and food was good!!

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was under construction.

It was very clean. breakfast you get to have a fresh omelette with 3 things. staff were really nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

At 2 in the morning noise above me and a party next door and the walls are so thin I could hear every word spoken and a women screaming! Never stay here again

right price great location and great staff

Front desk staff, Matt C. Was absolutely delightful immediately after telling him what my travels were for he suggested signing up for the rewards program. The entire time the banter was entertaining and informative.

it was good just wish the room was cleaned.

loved the front desk. they were pretty helpful.

i did not like how our room was not cleaned from our time there. Only trash was thrown and towels were replaced. the room was not vacuumed or the bed was not fixed.

Nice but with little tweaks

Staff was super helpful and nice, the rooms were super clean. The pool was clean and warm. It was very nice to use. The fitness area was nice

The TV situation was kinda strange. They did not have options besides making purchases of shows or movies instead of cable.

This will be our "go-to place to stay" when we are in Pueblo!

Everything was so clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The personalized breakfast omelets were so good and such a nice surprise!
