Great place to stay for our weekend getaway

Lucky us for selecting this wonderful place to stay for our weekend in Hyannis. The staff (Cliff) couldn’t have been more cordial in greeting us at checkin, and then right up until checkout. We loved the old school charm at the Travel Inn that you just don’t find at the chain hotels. Our go to place when in the area. Location excellent to all the local sights and more.

The location was perfect so close to many restaurants. Great stay and super convenient.

The staff! Cliff was incredibly nice and gave us indications on what to do and where to go.

It'd be great if there was a non-diary option for breakfast (oat, almond, etc).

the location, the value, the breakfast, it was comfortable and clean.

I didn’t like being watched by staff in the pool area with my family. If anything, this feeling of being watched like is probably the reason we won’t return. It made us uncomfortable, especially at times when we were the only ones using the pool and a staff person would just sit there, in a patio chair by the edge of the pool, and literally watch us. Signs posted saying no lifeguard on duty right next to the sign of what the pool rules are. So they’re not responsible yet they are? We can read both signs. I know there isn’t a lifeguard and I know the rules and respect them to make sure my children follow. I was approached two times because of a rule my children supposedly broke. They didn’t even give me a chance to act as a parent and tell them to not jump in the pool or to stay out of the hot tub-which are my own general rules anyway. I didn’t appreciate that at all. So while our stay was pleasant and of great value, we came literally to swim in the indoor pool because it was April vacation week and that experience wasn’t what I was expecting.

…room super clean! enough space, and they were super attentive to my toddler with extra sheets, pillows… The indoor pool the kids love it!

just some details in the bathroom, maybe is time to do some renovations…

Quiet, clean, comfortable, good breakfast with nice lady to help, easy parking and a safe feeling.

The staff Liam and ? (Can remember his name) at the registration we’re so kind and helpful. Much appreciated.

I'd stay again, good value. The man that checked me in was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Great location, kids enjoyed the pool and I loved the hot tub.

Heat in the room was difficult to adjust. Breakfast could have been healthier by adding fresh fruit and eggs.

Excellent value for money, super staff & great location

Staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful and just made our stay very personal as they really wanted to advise and help make our trip great. Cliff, Eric and Lee, I believe, are fantastic in front office. The housekeeping and general staff around the hotel were also very helpful and friendly - more so than what I've experienced in other much more expensive properties. Location is excellent - one block from Main Street with a long street of shops & restaurants; and just two short blocks to the harbour area with more restaurants. Great to just park car at hotel and walk to a large number of shops, restaurants & bars. Rooms: while rooms are basic, they include everything you could need - comfortable beds, tv, great air-con, hairdryer, small fridge, etc. Indoor pool & hot tub and outdoor pool - all extremely clean. Continental breakfast - includes all the usuals and is a nice bonus these days when breakfast is not included most places.

The location was excellent. 10 min walk to the ferry and a 2 min walk to get to main st where the shops and restaurants are. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. would definitely go back!

Great stay in Hyannis, clean, comfortable, convenient.

to me, this is the best located hotel in town. A block off Main, near the ferries. Good breakfast, 2 pools. Clean!

I was a little nervous about the security of the sliding glass patio doors, but I went with it. No problems.

This place is very well managed. Stuff is so nice and professional. Location is great. Breakfast by the pool is a plus. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Cape Cod in the future.
