Bed the comfortable. Close to lake and heavenly and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

They tried to turn a motel into a hotel but its still a motel in all aspects. Pictures are deceiving. Shower area in bathroom was too small and angle of the shower head would spray water on wall instead of floor. There is no receptionist or lobby area. No room service. We stayed for 3 nights and saw a guy once who apparently worked here. Half of the parking was covered in snow. What was left get full pretty quickly. Overall, this would be my last place to consider to when staying in Lake Tahoe in future.

Very clean and nice master bedroom.

We asked for two queen beds and they gave us family unit. My friend had to sleep in kids room with small twin beds. Heater did not properly work so it was freezing when we arrive and I could not fully heat the place. Breakfast hot drink room code for door never worked. No onsite manager to deal with issues. A little disappointed.

Clean, very modern room. Liked the style.

The jets didn't work at the hot tub.

I’m a frequent visitor of Tahoe for snowboarding. I tried to change my reservation calling the property and talked to Mia twice. She looks very nice over the phone and says she will call you back. I had to follow up calling her back. I tried to rebook for another day and she said she has a room for the next weekend. I was willing to pay the difference in rate and everything. She took my email address and never sent me a reservation. Yes, you got my 120 paid reservation but you will never see me booking this hotel again. Very bad costumer service. It’s the first time I had this problem in 5 years visiting Tahoe. I will continue making my reservations with booking.com because it always has worked very well for me. Resthaven Tahoe is out of my list! What a waist of time! * I didn’t use my reservation so I’m can’t rate the room.

We stayed for one night and the room totally served it’s purpose. It is basic, but clean. Appreciated the water bottles and basic necessities in the bathroom. Parking is right in front and worked well.

The TV didn’t work, but we didn’t care much. There was no staff - neither when we arrived in the afternoon nor when we left in the morning. It was absolutely fine for us, just mentioning it.

The staff was very friendly and they had a nice coffee/snack room that was clean and organized with a good seating area. The location was within walking distance of the main street filled with shops, restaurants and casino. Also, they had a private entrance to the beach. Parking was close to our oom for easy loading.

It was an older establishment with a room and bathroom that needed updating.

We met the new owner, who had just talen over the property. Perfect service and great advice from the staff on local restaurants. There will be renovations going on, but even before that our room was charming and well equipped.
