Bed bugs

Staff was nice and polite

Left with several bites on arms. I think there was bed bugs. Loud street noise

Good stay for the price.

The bed was comfortable and clean.

The floor wasn't swept well. The shower head sprayed water on the wall .

It was very uncomfortable for the one night.

The location was great. Close to restaurants and in town.

We had pre ask for 1st floor room non smoking. Desk lady said none were available and put us on second floor. We go to room and I open the door and first get hit in the face by cigarette smoke then see a ladies purse on the first bed then there is a person sleeping in the next bed. Thank god I hadn’t walked in. I close door and my husband goes back to the desk. The lady says it was supposed to empty. Then she says she has made that mistake before. WTH? I have never experienced this in all my travels. The person in the room was sleeping thank god. But it could have went badly in so many ways. It was late and we were very tired so then she gives us a room on the bottom floor, which at first she said none were available. So we go to it and got hit in the face with the smell of weed when opening the door. Room looked clean. Beds were horrible. We both sunk down in the middle of the bed. There are not inside chain locks on these room doors, so I was scared that she would make “another” mistake and give someone our room keys. I didn’t rest good all night here.

not real happy due to smoking room.

nice location. Room is updated. bed was comfortable.Nice breakfast. bathroom was not good. Fan and cord full of smoke in light fixture.Dirt it mold around caulking. we did not want a smoking room . We are not smokers and we not happy with a smokers room. Room online did not say smoking.

Short but sweet and enjoyable ladies are front desk were very polite and engaging

Staff was great rooms were comfortable, we loved that pets can stay with you.

Rooms were a little outdated but nothing to bad, pool was a mess. They were having contractors work on the place and one of the flood lights had fallen from ceiling and was hanging over head in middle of stairs very dangerous

Fine place to stay when my plans changed at the last minute.

The room was clean, the chairs in the room had no arms which I like, and the WIFi worked very well. The sheets on the bed were very soft and nice,

The best was a little bit too soft. I sank down too far when I sat on the edge of the bed. Not sure it the mattresses are every rotated or flipped but they should be.

holly bushes need to be trimmed or removed by sidewalks near handicapped parking spaces bc they have stickers

Clean and comfortable

Can't carry breakfast to your room and it's a long walk to the stairwells from limited parking. Also, the lobby is a long way from rooms.

cold air conditioner

People hanging out in their cars on the premises. Did not feel safe !!! Loud refrigerator. Dusty especially at nightstand. Embarrassed to have anyone come to the room...... it was horrible
