Location? Close to shopping and other things. Big Rigs: noise. FRONT DESK STAFF: 10++

"What did you think of the breakfast?" This question is on the survey AND when I booked... THERE IS NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED! Staff confirmed this at check-in. LOCATION was perfect for my weekend plans.

BED: Has a plastic cover on the mattress (I can deduct WHY); however, this makes one perspire regardless of how cool the temperature is. RUST: This is an remedy: simply sand the metal on the clothes hanger and luggage rack, spray paint and seal. Honestly, rust got on my hand when I touched the rack. This is/could be dangerous and unhealthy.

While the staff was pleasant and service oriented, the room was less than I expected.

The staff at the front desk (Ramona?) was of excellent caliber. She welcomed me and quickly arranged my room and answered all of my questions. After a long day on the road, she was appreciated.

The quality of the room was below what I expected but I didn't complain because I've stayed in worse. On the plus side, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Otherwise, the phone was missing a part or two, the hanger rod was covered in rust, a wall was damaged with a suspect outlet (marked with an "X"), the refrigerator was not balanced, and the tile to which the shower rod was attached had started to pull away from the wall.

Will never stay again.

The pool area and the breakfast were the only good things.

The staff were TERRIBLE for so many reasons. So many people had issues with them.

Good value for the money.

The bed was comfortable, The water was hot, and its close to the stores to walk to. Its a good value for what you get. I would stay again.

The ice machine on the second floor didn't work. The parking wasn't great. The spaces were tight and there wasnt alot of parking room. The pool hours was a little short to me. The door was kind of hard to shut.

For the price it was good hotels. Room snelled good. AC worked great. Theres wasno breakast but Waffle house is next door. It was quiet.

We had 2 rooms that were close together. Room 1 was generally clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful when asked for additional towels.

Room 1 TV did not work. Room two was missing light bulbs in some fixtures. There was no hair dryer or iron. The coffee maker was broken. The sink had a huge crack in it. The bathroom fan did not work. The room was not very clean. Parking on the property was very tight. Even though it was a non-smoking room, it was obvious that smokers had stayed there. There was a cigarette burn on the mattress pad.

The staff was amazing. Best bed I have ever slept on. And the best water pressure in the shower. Room was clean.

Fridge worked, but rusty inside. The ac also worked wonderful, but blew out black stuff. There was a lot of wear and tear throughout the room. Not too too bad but enough to notice they just put a bandaid on when stitches were needed so to speak.

facilities and room was not very clean especially on the outside common areas. location is not that great either.

Probably could've been better but was pretty decent. Would stay here again.

Very quiet room. Good blinds to keep it dark in the mornings. Housekeeping came by every morning. Mini fridge and microwave work very well. Hotel is in a good location and easily able to walk or drive a short distance to most places. Has plenty of outlets to be able to plug in anything you bring. Free wifi worked pretty well. Shower has good water pressure.

Very small garbage can. Not able to use very well, also no extra bags unless you get them from house keeping. Pool was stated to be open year round and it was closed up. Advertises to be dog friendly, and dogs stay for free, however no designated spot for dogs to potty or dispose of waste bags. TV in our room did not work.
