Quiet stay in Sedona

Very quiet stay. Extremely clean, beautifully designed with friendly staff. Breakfast & lunch on site, hot tub, numerous patios & outdoor spaces to enjoy. Water pressure was excellent in showers!

We had an upstairs room, 3 floors up, no elevator. It didn’t bother us but if you have knee issues you may want to request a room on the lower level. Small room - not much room to maneuver & tall bed. They had wooden steps in the room to help with getting in bed. Again, it wasn’t an issue for us but might be a problem for some.

The staff was genuine, engaging, and lovely. Casa Sedona delivered one of the most perfectly composed and delicious breakfasts we have enjoyed during our travels. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and relaxing.

Spectacular accommodations!

This was such a beautiful place - the room and the grounds! It was a good location for the trails we hiked. If only we had more time to enjoy it. Our room had an amazing view and direct access to a balcony. The hotel also had a hot tub which I didn't realize, and our room had a spa bathtub. The coffee and tea options offered 24/7 were awesome. We didn't eat breakfast in the restaurant because, frankly, it was very pricey and there was a great breakfast place a block away.

The mattress was way too soft. Maybe time for a new mattress?

Absolutely Breathtaking

The property was beautiful with lush landscaping and multiple fountains, it was truly a property to explore and take in. The staff were more than polite and attentive and the inn honestly had everything you needed and more. They don’t have coffee makers in the room however it’s a short walk to the other building and makes for a lovely brisk morning walk. The in room tubs were magical and seemed to be cleaned and sanitized, jets included. I forgot a jumpsuit in the closet and Casa Sedona was kind enough to immediately reach out and tell me they were sending it my way, honestly, the staff is AMAZING! I truly loved staying here and will stay again.

The mattress was my only gripe. We stayed in the Arizona Pines room and the mattress could at least have a mattress topper option bc lord was that thing firm (which I understand some people like but my back hurt, so a pad would be a nice offering). The pillows were also either too hard or not enough, goldie locks couldn’t quite get the sleeping quarters the way she liked. That’s the only, and I mean only thing, that could have been better.

Superb

Very tranquil, relaxing, beautiful room. Property grounds are well maintained. Staff was very professional and down right hospitable and friendly. Food was fabulous.

The dual headed shower didn't function correctly. Only one head worked.

Beautiful facility. Staff was great. Large, comfortable room. Furnished beautifully. It is very obvious why this boutique hotel is rated very highly. I stayed at another place in The Village of Oak Creek that I thought was pretty fantastic but this exceeds it in many ways. We had a private patio that despite the heat of the season we enjoyed immensely

No door on toilet & shower but the bathroom was great other than that

Exceptional

The property gives you your own privacy and space, they leave you alone for the most part and leave you to your own devices.

The bathrooms in the hotel rooms don’t lock.

Loved our stay at this beautiful property and is now a definite “we will be back”!

Location is perfect and staff was amazing. Beautiful property and love the no smoking and no kids policy that allowed for a truly relaxing time.

Do wish there was a pool. Rooms are very well appointed but fixtures and bathroom was quite outdated

This is a boutique hotel with lots of character. Comfortable large rooms; comfortable beds and pillows.

Nice but overpriced.

The staff was lovely, the property was beautiful and the breakfasts in the restaurant were amazing. We also liked the little extras such as the fresh baked chocolate cookies that were put out every day.

Our room was ridiculously small for the money. There was no dresser for our clothes, so we had to live out of our suitcases for four days and there wasn't even enough floor space for us to open them. There were two chairs in the room, but they were so uncomfortable that we sat on the bed whenever we were in the room. The furniture in the room was also scratched and worn out, which was a little disappointing considering how much we were charged.

Bed was very comfortable, great amenities, very friendly staff. Romantic atmosphere, perfect for a couples getaway.

Would have like a ceiling fan for more air circulation, but that's just a personal not picky thing.

I did not want to go home

Every single thing. Ana was amazing. Property is gorgeous and well run. Room with spa tub, comfy robe,heavenly bedding huge patio. with Mountain View, 24 hour coffee, homemade cookies access to kitchen area. Breakfast on premises that gets rave reviews. Adorable nooks and crannies with comfortable seating areas inside and out. Everything top notch without being pretentious.

A beautiful, tranquil stay in Sedona.

I had researched the establishment and knew it had great reviews. However, I was still just amazed at how beautiful and well maintained it was. At first as we drove toward the area, I was wondering but then when we got there - what a gem. Beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated, absolutely the cleanest place I have been in for a while, nice personnel (check-in, maintenance, servers, etc.). Quiet, soothing environment with lovely calm music playing throughout the day and into the evening - a spa-like experience. The restaurant had THE best food we had while on vacation. My husband and I were absolutely thrilled - the Casa Sedona exceeded our expectations.
