Beautiful Gem in Vineyard Haven

What a beautiful little gem in Vineyard Haven. The host Charles was very welcoming. The room was very clean and had everything you need, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfast each day was different and what a breakfast! The setting by the pool started with coffee, a fruit filled smoothie and a homemade baked goods( donuts, banana loaf, scones) followed by breakfast pizza, quiche or risotto with plenty of fresh fruit/salad and more coffee , such thought and talent goes into each breakfast combination, Charles is an excellent cook. My husband has gluten free food and on low carb diet, this wasn't a problem and was accommodated perfectly by Charles, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you're visiting Martha's Vineyard 5*

Best B and B experience ever

Beautiful grounds , the decor elegantly and simply stated. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious with sitting room and kitchenette.. Unit was immaculate especially bathroom. The breakfast was phenomenal. Fresh baked pastries daily, smoothies and delicious coffee, before serving main dish. Healthy and wholesome and very yummy. Can't forget the welcome bottle of wine and freshly baked cookies.. Charles and crew did more than enough to make us feel welcome and to enjoy island.. His referrals places and things to see and do all were on pointe. Going back next year.

There was not a thing for me to complain about.

Absolutely amazing

Charles was incredible! He was very helpful in giving recommendations and helping us to figure out transportation. He was very welcoming and even drove us to the ferry terminal on our way off of the island. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. It was one of the best meals I've had and served up fresh. Charles also had bikes, helmets, towels, and beach chairs. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our time here and Charles was a big part of that! We are already planning our return to visit and stay with Charles again.

Breakfast was great and fresh; Natural garden, location in proximity to the town shops; bikes and helmets available

Everything was great... we didn't have a car, and the distance to the town shops was 1/2 mile. This is not a long walk and bikes were available. The owner was so accommodating. He drove us.

Fantastic B&B..would visit again!

Phenomenal breakfast sitting out by the pool. Nice hike into town. Charles was extremely pleasant and hospitable and drove us into town upon leaving to catch our ferry.

Perfect!

Our room was actually an apartment with a large bedroom, large lounge (including a comfortable bed), kitchen and bathroom. We had a small private patio area and also full use of gardens and pool. The rooms were exceptionally decorated and furnished and great care had been taken. There were treats to great us with too! Charles and Charles were both very welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and unique and completely homemade by Charles.

Fantastic and very welcoming.

Charles was Fantastic! He was so accommodating to our needs. He made us feel so welcome. The attention to detail in the room was impeccable. Very clean and very well maintained. The grounds were lovely. The breakfast was fantastic! We loved it so much we extended our trip another day! we would not stay anywhere else when visiting the Vineyard !

Fun beautiful adventure for a short break from real life.

Breakfast was outstanding and unexpected. Bikes were provided to venture to shops nearby, and bus transit was simple for longer travel. Flowers were stunning not just where we stayed but the entire island. Felt like I was in a flower shop.

Sad that a few shops in town had already closed for the season. We felt unimportant to those and it was only the end of September.

Weekend bliss

Great place to base yourself for a MV getaway. It was only a five minute drive or ten minute walk to the ferry. The neighborhood was quiet. The grounds of the property were charming. The breakfasts were delicious. And most of all Charles couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return

Luxuriously appointed rooms in neighborhood within walking distance of Vineyard Haven.

Wonderful location, within easy walking distance of Vineyard Haven main streets and ferry. Very kind and welcoming host and staff, very accommodating with requests (like leaving luggage around after check-out). Immaculately clean and luxuriously appointed room (coffee maker, fridge with complimentary water and wine, etc.). Gourmet breakfast. Nice small pool. Bikes available at no extra cost. Lovely place.

It was all very good. Nothing, at all, could have been better.

Charles was lovely! So nice and accommodating. Delicious homemade breakfast every day and comfortable space. I loved that it was on a quiet street away from all the craziness about still convenient to all the popular locations.

The sofa bed was a bit smaller than expected in the living room - but not a deal breaker.

Loved it!

Charles greeted us as we pulled in, took us to our room which was beautiful. Everything looked clean and fresh and nicely decorated. There was home made cookies waiting for us with a bottle of wine. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, like a gourmet meal. It was truly a great experience and I would definitely go back!
