Every thing was very nice and has amazing views!! Definitely had a good breakfast and very nice staff

Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would probably stay here again

Breakfast was only okay the first morning, but had a better selection of hot items the second morning. The location was great, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a little disappointing. The toilet paper holder had been ripped out of the wall by previous guests, the shower water temperature would suddenly go ice cold and then back hot again, and the tub would not drain without holding the lever down. Finally, it would have been nice if the shower had a wand.

Absolutely loved the area, the room and the view.

This location was such a great little treat. The room was very cozy, updated and extremely clean and the price was excellent. I loved that the little inn was a part of the bigger hotel next door and all amenities of the hotel were included in the inn. Loved the fire pit area overlooking the water. I will definitely be back.

Maybe some more lower carb breakfast items. The only thing I could eat there was the eggs and sausage. However, that is not a complaint at all, because this is a typical breakfast at any hotel. And since I don't eat grains, I'm used to eating what I can or going out or bringing my own stuff. I thought in general the breakfast was good for families.

We stayed here before and liked the view and location.

Was told I could park my boat in the lot at check in. The next day my newlywed wife was rudely informed that trailer parking wasn't allowed by some Cruise Captain. When I went to the front desk I got a "Sorry about that". Had to remove the bathroom sink stoppers to get them to drain. They were packed with mold and hair. Last but not least the bed frame had several metal mounts sticking out 3-4 inches that strike you right in the shins and ankles when walking by or sitting down.

Great location, quiet, comfortable. We will be back.

View was exceptional. Breakfast was good and nice way to begin the day. The room was comfortable with outstanding bedding. Tub was a bit high and hard to get into but overall room was fine. Remote did not work properly for TV but could still watch TV.

The tub was a bit too high, hard to step in and out. Remote for TV did not offer guide nor work properly. Could only change channels one by one and had no idea what was on any channel.

this was our first time Visiting Chincoteague well as the Arbor Inn. We enjoyed it all and will definitely stay at this

we really enjoyed our stay . The property was very nice . Great view !

I wish the pool was heated .

Very good

The room was well spaced. Comfortable bed and great view on the balcony.

There was a wasp or bee nest in the room. Found out it was not occupied, was a major concern initially.

The room was outstandingly clean! Rarely do you see a hotel room that clean, it was a relief and a breath of fresh air as that's always something I worry about. Location is also outstanding! We happily walked to the resturant we wanted to go to and Ponies were just a short ride away. The AC was also on cold when we made it to our roomfor the first time at about 9:15pm and after walking back from the resturants that was wonderful!

We didn't dislike anything but water pressure could have been a bit better and the shower head and fixture could use an update.

we liked the pool and the dock to watch the sunset.

over priced for what it was—sparse room looking out at the parking lot. Wi-Fi was non existent!

I’d go back because I liked the area

I liked how large the rooms were and the house keepers were awesome however multiple appliances in the room didn’t work the towel racks fell off the wall when you put a towel on them there was mildew in the toilets behind the toilets and in the shower

It doesn’t describe that any of the amenities are shared with a hotel behind it
