Very pleasant cabin accomodation.

The location was wonderful. Set in the trees it was very scenic and beautiful. The cabin was charming and very comfortable.

There is a bit of noise from the road, but this was really not a big issue for us.

We had a very pleasant stay in comfortable surroundings.

The cabin was modern and comfortable. The deck had a grill and outdoor dining table. The property had "fire pits" for toasting marshmallows. The owners were enthusiastic and welcoming. We felt very comfortable here.

The cabins are pretty close to the road. Our cabin had nothing but open space between us and the road, which meant we could hear the traffic at times, but it wasn't too bad.

Nice relaxing and properly located to explore parts of Maine

Lovely stay and wonderful hosts ! They gave us so many suggestions on things to do and places to eat. It was a nice relaxing getaway for all of us including my dog :)

Fantastic Cabin Getaway

The property was lovely, set back far enough from the road to be quiet but so close to Camden and Rockland and all the sights we wanted to visit. The cottage we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and set us right at home for the weekend. My five year old loved the swing and firepit, and my husband and i loved having somewhere to relax that wasn’t crowded or loud.

Pleasant cabin close to all area attractions

I would highly recommend Pine Grove Cottages! They are located on Rt 1 just a few minutes north of Camden, so it was convenient to everything. Our cottage was clean, spacious, and well appointed and the owners were very nice. They clearly have put a lot of thought into making the place family and pet friendly.

There was a fair amount of noise from the road, even during the night. This could be a problem for light sleepers. Also we had planned on using the sleep sofa during our visit. But apparently due to covid, it wasn't made up when we checked in. (The owners gave us a "bed bag" with sheets and a blanket.) While it was easy enough to do, at these prices we shouldn't have had to after traveling for several hours. So it would be good to ask the owners to make up the bed in advance if you are planning to use it. Finally while there is a good-sized bedstand on one side of the bed, there is nothing like that on the other side. So it would be nice to have a small shelf installed there for water, phone, etc.

Great Place to Stay - Especially with a Dog

We don't usually stay in cabins, but because we were traveling with my daughter and her dog, we did. Very roomy, and spotless. Very quiet. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location close to Camden, and Rockland is a short drive away. Kitchen has silverware, glasses, pots and pans, etc. You don't need to bring anything.

The cottages were comfortable, quaint and clean. We really enjoyed having these cottages as our home base as we explored the parks and shoreline.
