Perfect space in a perfect location.

I loved everything about The Bradford. I’d never stayed before and “took a chance” with a new property. It was exactly what I needed. I want to repeat my trip/experience in 2024 but alas the dates I want are not available. IF there is ANY WAY to get me for 4 nights August 15-19, 2024 I would be so appreciative. I stayed in the last room in the cottages and would love to book that every year!

Fantastic location for a comfortable stay, we always come back!

We love staying at the Bradford when it's available, it's such a hot spot! The rooms are always clean and cozy. It is within walking distance to downtown and every morning there are fresh muffins and fruit, which we always look forward to. The staff is super friendly!

Sleepless nights

The fire pit was nice. However it turns off automatically around 10.

The walls are very thin. We did not sleep during the 2 days we were there except a little during the day when it was finally quiet. The door didn’t seem to lock. We tried several times and always came back to the door open. The breakfast is laughable. Just coffee and muffins.

Exceptional

We had an amazing time at the Bradford! We were there to celebrate my mom's 75 birthday. Thee hospitality was beyond welcoming! We felt like we were at home the whole time. Dewy even got mom a birthday card and a special plant for her birthday. The fire pit, landscaping and rooms were immaculate! I could go on, I'll never stay at a different resort! Welcoming staff and good location.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location - a bit off the main beat so quiet. Room clean and looked recently refreshed.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but the homemade muffins were good. There was too much heat in the room and couldn’t find the thermostat.

Great night in P-town

Great location! Could walk pretty much anywhere pretty easily. Hotel was extremely comfy and clean. Fire pit was a nice touch as well. Shower is a rain shower head so was spa-like stepping into a hot shower.

Checking in was a little confusing at first, but once we figured out the process it was very smooth. Honestly that's even being really picky. It's in the off season so you get an email for contactless check-in.

This was an excellent stay, and I look forward to coming again and again!

Thoughtfully curated in terms of in-room decor, common areas, guest experience. Location is super central, and it was a great value for the cost in mid October (the only time I’ve visited). The staff member who greeted us was excellent and provided wonderful guidance through our stay.

There was only a barn door to our bathroom, which provided very little sound privacy or visual privacy. I don’t know if other rooms have this same setup, as ours was an accessible room (motel cabin 4).

Sweet, well located and friendly stay.

Very friendly staff, very well located. Massage by Lenny. :) The rooms are well done, super clean and stylish. The fireplace at night and the terrace to have a drink round it up very well. Good parking.

overall a great stay and enough room for a couple, I would book again in that location and room!

it had been parking included, right near a bike rental shop, very walkable distance to center of town, close to a lot of restaurant options. the room itself was super spacious and had all the amenities one could want! the bathroom was super clean and the shower was divine! the bed room was small but had a lot of blankets to help make up for it! it had its own little patio too with comfy bench and privacy from other room! I would definitely book again!

the kitchen smelled like gas was leaking, the bedroom was just a bed with a curtain for privacy, the heat did not work in the room and was freezing-especially at night.

The location was close to town. Just a very short stroll to the Main Street. The bed was comfortable.

I would suggest putting an extra blanket, pillows, glasses in the room and a couple bottles of water.

fantastic location, motel rooms are simple, but the larger rooms in the back house were great.

The location, the room was very comfortable, and the air-conditioned room during the very warm week we were there, really were amazing

the breakfast was functional, which worked. coffee/muffin/yoghurt. Our room was not cleaned, and the trash cans in our room were only empties once... Also, there isn't ever anyone really on site so you should be aware.

Clean, quiet, nicely decorated, comfy bed, nice shower! It was great!

The location was amazing! Right off the highway and 1 block from Commercial Street, but somehow it still felt quiet and peaceful!

There was nothing we didn’t like, but if you ever wanted to put in a jacuzzi, we wouldn’t complain! 😉

Breakfast simple but good. Comfortable seating all o er the property, outside. The rooms referred to as “cabins” are tight but quaint and clean. The size is reflected in the relatively more affordable price of the “cabins” as compared to the more elegant and much larger suites in the main building. A great place to stay. The gardens - lovely.

location, room was large, very comfortable bed, nice shower, very good A/C, great refrigerator

bathroom needs more racks/bars for towels lots of noise from upstairs apartment. one night there was walking/stomping, things dropping, very noisy for much of the night, different blinds or blackout.curtains might be nice to make the room less bright in the morning

Great location. Additional customer engagement / service goes a long way.

Location was key.

Mattress and bedding needs replacing. My sheets were not changed once during my extended stay. Housekeeping staff was limited hours due to callouts. Bed spread was stained. Door to rooms swelled in heat and was difficult to close.

This is a hotel and has the feel of one. Rooms are a bit tight, but the friendly staff and location make it a smart and efficient place to stay. There's a nice outside bonfire (gas) where friends can gather and converse if it gets chilly or at night. Two minutes to Commercial Street.
