Emplacement parfait, personnel tellement gentil !

The best things are the hospitality of the employees. Anas helped me A LOT with everything, including let me in a nearby restaurant on his own vehicle and also always certificating himself the taxis I was taking and the car of the trip I hired, talking with them and solving any small problem. I am very grateful, I’m in love with Morocco and I love to be on this hotel, I will definitely come back and next time with more time. I highly recommend BCK Art Riad, gentle and polite employees, very respectful people with a smile on their faces! Nice decoration!
I had a problem with the door of my room 2 times, that door is definitely a problem. When I left, the manager told me they will change the door handle.

Beautiful Riad, extremely well decorated with art pieces everywhere and very well taken care by the owner and staff.
The building keeps the tradicional beauty of the riads with modern details that make your stay quite confortable.
The rooms are very nice, with modern air conditioning which you need in Marrakech, and always clean. There is a refreshing pool inside and a terrace upstairs if you want to lay on the sunbeds.
The owner was super nice and attentive to all guests and speaks very good english. All the staff is always with a smile.
We had an early flight and they gave us the room right away as well as a late check-out which was really appreciated. Breakfast was good and served in the terrace.
The location is about 15/20 from the main square and central area, which is a bit exausting if you do it a lot of times during the day.
In the end it was definitely a positive experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at BCK Art Riad. We are a family of 6 with an age range of 8-70 and the accommodation met all our needs. Staff were wonderfully friendly. The riad itself is a feast for the eyes, with beautiful artworks everywhere you look, as well as a number of nooks to lounge in. The location was good, a 15 min walk from the main Medina and in what felt like a slightly more residential area. This meant we got to see locals go about their day to day lives, lots of hustle and bustle - mopeds, donkeys pulling carts, a lot for the senses. Within a few mins walk you’re at the city walls where you can easily hail a cab or tuk-tuk to all the main attractions. Or you can walk if you are happy to navigate the chaos and the heat. We tended to venture out in the mornings then relax after lunch back at the riad before heading out to dinner. The roof terrace is peaceful, on the small side, has a number of loungers/seating and is well shaded. There are two dipping pools which provided much needed refreshment. Loved hearing the call to prayer. Wifi connection/speed was great. There are some amazing restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. We loved Cafe Arabe (Moroccan-Italian menu, family friendly, chilled rooftop vibes and stunning sunsets - book online in advance for window seats and the best sunset views) and Dar Moha (upmarket, beautiful terrace dining with more of a traditional Moroccan menu)- both licensed. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The hosts offer a transfer service but taxis and tuk-tuks are super cheap and very easy to hail. A truly memorable experience for my family. Highly recommend.

Both the decor and location was perfect. We loved the breakfast too. : )
All good. Better signage would be great

👍 Location was great. Near the medina or the square. It is about 15 mins walk, but we took taxi as it is around 39 degrees.
👍 lovely and accomodating staff. Although most of the staff does not seem to speak english well, they are all kind and welcoming.
👍paintings. We loved the panting on the hallways and stairs.
👎 cleanliness. Feels like it is not well maintained. The place looks nice, but we found a couple of cockroach and the beddings are dusty. Probably from ?leaving the door open for quite sometime.
👎 water. It is too hot. If we try to adjust the temperature to luke warm, it does give us only a dribble. On the other room, water is just cold.

Great hosts, Abdul, Mariam, Saleema and Ali. They really made our stay comfortable.
The food menu could be translated for English speaking guests, it was only available in French.

Our stay at BCK Riad could not have been any better, the accommodation is very beautiful and modern with an excellent location near the Medina. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, especially Ali, Salima and Abdoul. Would definitely recommend this Riad!

The Riad's location is excellent, situated on the north side of Medina, offering easy access to the Souk immediately upon stepping out of the building. However, once inside the Riad, it provides a peaceful sanctuary, allowing guests to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to arrange a comfortable shuttle service to and from the airport. Ali and Selima were especially helpful, assisting us every day with our inquiries and organizing an insightful tour for exploring the attractions beyond Marrakech.
The water pressure in the room was slightly low, which seems to be a common issue in the Medina area. Despite this, we found the overall safety of the accommodation to be excellent, alleviating any concerns we had about the absence of a safebox in the room.

Location isn't great. Very busy street with butcher shops

Super friendly staff. Great location. Good atmosphere.
Riad was a bit noisy at night. People talking in the common area could be heard very well in the room.

Break fast was average, same menu every day
Rooms weren’t clean enough , especially bathrooms , it needs cleaning and clearing all the drainages and sinks.

The male staff were really helpful, they helped us find places and locate taxi's
The room we stayed in was really big (although we paid so much money for it)
The interior of the riad with the pool felt really small and quite claustrophobic surrounded by the high walls and as if you were on show for all to see...made you feel uncomfortable
The roof top terrace was tiny and unkept and no place to catch some sun. Don't let any toddlers or babies up there as there was a window left open which exposed you to a 5 storey drop down into the floor of the riad!! Very dangerous.

The Manager and staff at this Riad were very welcoming. It felt very homely and was unique with all of the art on display around the hotel and in the hotel rooms. It was a great little relaxing stay at the end of my tour in Morocco before heading home. It was also fantastic that they had their own little restaurant for dinner where you could order some delicious food for a relaxing night in rather than having to go out into the crazy atmosphere of the medina to find somewhere to eat. Ali requested a special mention for helping me with my luggage and getting out of the hotel to the airport on my final morning :-)
I also liked that the Riad offered assistance with organising a number of different tours - unfortunately I was only there for the night at the end of an 8 day tour I'd already had of Morocco so didn't have the time in my itinerary to take advantage of additional tours. But if I could I would come back and take advantage of some of the tours that the Riad offers. The Manager even took me in his own car as a 'taxi' to the airport on my final day, which was great as it felt safe and I didn't have to organise my own taxi and face being 'ripped off' by a local driver.
There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel. In terms of location it was a little bit of a further walk to get to the centre of the medina, but a different authentic experience being located in the craziness of the food markets!

the Riad is in a great spot in the middle
of a busy area, but inside the Riad was very quiet from the street noise
the staff were lovely especially Ali 😀
the cool art work was great to look at, nice areas to chill out.
everything was great, I would stay again,
the only thing I would say is the breakfast was lovely however too much bread maybe nice to have some slightly different option.

The Riad had very welcoming staff and truly made the experience. Ali and Salima were very helpful for any request, as was the cook who is available all day and night. Abdul also always checked in on us and our stay.
The suite was spacious and we had a very comfy bed, as per our request with a tv. We had a nice traditional breakfast every morning which we often had after the set times, this was no problem for the staff. We also had mint tea around the clock and this was never a problem!
The location was great only a 10/15 min walk to the medina, and 20 mins walk the other way to Gueliz.
The bathtub was a little awkward in place and you end up getting the floor wet really easily. It was also peeling paint inside the tub which made it uncomfortable to sit inside and unappealing honestly.
The room was short on some basics such as a kettle, an iron, and even hangers (we only had 2). We expected for a suite that these would be included.
The terrace had 3 sun beds only, meaning if someone else took them there were no spares! I would advise on adding more beds if possible.
We didn’t think the suite was thoroughly cleaned and found a lot of dust on places like the remote. We also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor that were missed by the cleaners

I loved the staff and all the art on the walls. So unlike any other hotel I have stayed in! The stay was very unique and experience I would not have missed. The staff was extremally friendly and helpful.
Not suitable for elderly people or people in wheelchair. No lift, narrow corridors and no shower, only bathtub.

Not only is the riad exceptionally beautiful but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Located in the Medina, just 10 minutes walk to the main square and 5 minutes walk to the Mosque bab doukkala. The breakfast is served every morning in the courtyard with assorted Morrocan bread, with dips and jams. Love the experience of staying in a riad, lovely attentive staff who helps us with anything we need, our room was tidied up every day.
The manager very quickly sorted out the hot water which wasn’t working on the first day. It was easier to have a bath in the huge bathtub, not so good for shower because the bathtub was within the room and only separated by a wooden panel, so water could go everywhere, it could be how it is the traditional way of living in a riad so not a complaint.
