The staff was friendly. Our place was also very clean. It was like staying at home instead of a hotel. The view behind our place was incredible and we were able to see elk playing in the trees on the other side of the river.

We don't think anything could have been better. If we were to come back to Estes park, this is where we would stay again. I would also ask for the same condo as long as the prices don't go up.

Would have been nice to have some place to hang coats near the entry. Also, would have been nice to have a few more hangers in the closet.

The townhome was cute, well maintained and clean. I would have preferred to stay in one further away from the main road though. And it was disappointing that the hot tubs were not open for use! :( But other than that, it was a nice location, comfortable enough and easy to find.

Being right next to the main road was disappointing. I thought I was getting a unit overlooking the creek/stream but I didn't see a stream at all. I would have preferred to be in one of the units at the back of the complex. The bed was big which was nice but it wasn't the most comfortable and l am sure had I been there for more than two nights, my back would have started to hurt. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Good communication with rental team, clean, comfortable, good location and quiet. River was nice addition.

Hot tub not available. Kitchen could be a little better provisioned.

Great location to go to RMNP for hiking, restaurants, Estes Park. Staff was kind and arranged for our after hours arrival.

House was clean and was set up very nice.

Hit tubs were out of commission, but were still advertised on website as if they were running. No a/c. No 24 hour staff. Would have stayed somewhere else if that was made clear.

Very quiet. Close to the national park. Owners exceptional at communicating. I feel the cost was a great deal. Home away from home.

Clean

We paid a premium for the condo because it was supposed to be on the river and was supposed to have hot tubs that were on the river. Hot tubs were closed “due to lack of staff to clean them”. And the “river” behind our unit was not even a stream. The actual river was behind a 6 foot fence that we could not even access. Not happy with our experience.

The facility was very nice and clean and the welcome basket of goodies a nice surprise as were the towels and robes for using the hot tub. One evening was chilly and we appreciated the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable.

Probably my mistake but I thought there were two full bathrooms. With only 1 1/2 baths my husband and I had to share with our granddaughter which wasn't awful but a little awkward. I would suggest that to keep the nice wood furniture nice that coasters be provided for guest use. Might want to go through the glassware, we found at least two glasses that were cracked.

Beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Everything was amazing. I would like to stay there again in the future. The whole experience was just breath taking.

I understand that they were short on staff however if your going to tell me you will be there for me to check in to answer any question and then not be there at the time you give, that's kind of a little problem for me.

It was super clean which exceeded my expectations also everything was organized very well. The little snack was welcoming. They had a deck by big Thopmson river so we enjoyed it. A bar was right across the street and we found a bakery for breakfast really close by, too.

First we didn't know that it was 2 stories. There was no information about it at all when I booked it. Since we have 2 toddler and 1 infant it is a big minus for us for us.. Air Conditioner didn't work and the Freege was not cold enough. We tried many times to lower the room temperature (upstairs) but it never properly worked. Only weak air was coming out of bent. Down stair was okay but upstairs where it has leaving room area and kitchen was hot hot hot. We contacted the managing team but they were not in the office and their phone msg was full so we couldn't even contact them.

Loved everything about this Place- location, amenities, cleanliness. Would definitely recommend and return! It is close to Rocky Mountain National Park and a 10 min drive to town.

We arrived and found the place completely clean and appreciated the laundry, and dishwasher pods provided ! it was my 19th birthday and was a great way to kick off a new year !

This property is absolutely wonderful. From the time I booked to the end of my stay, nothing was too much trouble for Adam in terms of answering questions or giving information in general. Excellent location, the property was very clean, had everything you could need and the welcome pack of coffee/snacks was a lovely gesture. The views from the property are amazing, it was relaxing and peaceful, and very close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved it that much, that I shall be booking again to go back in April 2020.
