I wish it would state in the booking that the rooms window actually looks to a corridor instead straight to outside.

The staff went above and beyond, Katherine just added to our already wonderful weekend! The staff at breakfast and supper were always pleasant and very helpful. We stayed in room 177, The Melanson Suite and would highly recommend it. You enter the suite into a separate living area that had a fridge, table, chairs, desk, closets, sink and coffee facilities (pods provided but bring cream) and a fold out sofa bed (didn't use it so can't comment on the comfort but it would be great with children). Then French doors open to a king size bedroom with a large two room bathroom off it. The suite was away from regular rooms so was very private. There were only 3 pillows but we bring our favourite ones anyway so we were OK. We can't comment on how comfortable the beds were because we travel with two twin memory foam mattress toppers for our comfort! There are two of these suites in a separate little corridor, would be great if two families were travelling together.

Would have loved to be able to rent snowmobiles from the hotel. Friends stayed in the Honeymoon Suite in another part of the hotel. This must have been a Motel at one point that they enclosed the walkway outside the rooms with glass. When the curtains were opened in those rooms, you looked into the hallway, but it was beautifully bright and did not feel dark.

our family loves everything and everyone here. There’s so much to do here. We so could have brought our toboggans for the kids to use here. Can’t wait till we go down for the summer. Staff is always so amazing, friendly and always go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

the kitchen suites need to be updated

Loved the room service and the staff was excellent, The whirlpool tub in my room was very relaxing and helped me sleep better.

I booked a suit room which has a living room with sofa bed and a bedroom with king bed,but when We arrived the hotel,there was only a suit room which only has a living room with a kingbed,not has separate livingroom and bedroom,reception said the separate suit was unavailable ,so I and my friend have to change to a two bed room with same price!too bad!
